After receiving a new job offer for the area my wife and I started looking for a place to live. I can not express as well as my wife has but just have to say we have been overjoyed with The Haven. The area is exceptional and the staff has been more than helpful and accommodating. Miss Lorri Shaffer has helped since we first walked through the door and has answered every question we have had. As long as my work keeps my family in this area, I do not see us going anywhere else.

I have been living here for 1 month, I love the attention from the office, Lorri, Shay and Antoinette are the best ever, they do whatever it takes to make you feel like family, I moved here because my whole family was already living here from 6 month before me, the community is really quiet, the neighbors are really kind, please if you are looking at this community, don't think anymore, it will be the best decision.
Cons: Management and staff are rude, condescending, and lack customer service. Crime scene onsite multiple times,loud parties, marijuana smoking, theft and break-ins. I could go on but I think you get it by now.

Please I beg you do not invest your time or money in renting from this company. There is very little done to maintain renters safety. In 6 months we have had an attempted break in, cars broken into, cars towed, things stolen off our front porch, and a full fledge break in involving theft of thousands of dollars where the robbers broke down the door, and we still are unable to break our lease. Management is very difficult to get a hold of in a crisis. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please for your own safety avoid at all costs.

Our cars get broken into at least once a month and we are moving out. We asked management to do something about it, but they don’t seem too worried about our safety. The cops are here every other week, because there is always an issue. Don’t waste your time!
