Do not care about tenants. Very money hungry and inconsiderate. Worst apartment living experience I’ve ever had. Do not recommend. Also has mold growing in certain units. Covered it up with a new paint job.

FPI management is terrible!! Overall they just don't care about keeping tenants happy. It takes so long for them to make simple repairs and the property of severely neglected. I mean its criminal how nasty the halls and breezeways are. Do not let how this place looks on the outside fool you.

We have been since day 1. There have been some rough patches, didn’t think we would last through the second management company but we outlasted them and just signed our 4th lease. Saying all that it must be a pretty decent place to live and they have some good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We love, love the staff...Andrea, George, Lakeiha, Gary, Juan and Ivan. My fur babies get the wiggles when they see them ????
