We are absolutely loving our new space! The view, the amenities, the love! We were unloading our car yesterday and some neighbors from a different floor came and helped. We were done in 10 minutes. This is home.
It has been great! Everything is in proper conditions and the neighbors are great. The leading team is great and they have helped me numbers of times and super quick!
My over all experience at this community has been great. The neighborhood is clean and nice and the other residents have been very nice and welcoming. The staff has been great and supportive in any issues I have had.
The apartment itself is nice. The heating/cooling for the spare room has been messed up since we moved in 2 years ago, they came and “fixed” it but it still doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. The cleanliness of the apartment grounds has been slack. Recently, residents have left what I believe to be BBQ sauce and what looked to have been a smashed candle in the BREEZEWAY of the an apartment building. In order to walk around you had to very carefully watch your step… it sat on the ground for 3 DAYS. Also, people allow their dogs to just poop anywhere and don’t clean up. Residents have no concept of respect, they come in a late hours of the night being loud. The office staff is great, they try to make sure they keep it fun for residents, but I do just wish they would be a tad more strict on residents making our place of living look unkept.
Great complex! Love the layout of my apartment, very spacious and it was very clean upon move in. I would definitely recommend my friends to live here!
There have been a few ups and downs especially with the garbage pick up mostly and the large rent increases for those of us on fixed incomes. Overall, I have been very happy here. I have met great people here. Any maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner. I love that finally they have resident activities. I will continue to ask for a pool table. I have great neighbors. I hope I can continue living here.
I love living here. I love the location of my apartment which overlooks the pool. I have friendly neighbors. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
The staff and residents are very welcoming. I enjoy meeting new people and joining the different events that are offered. I would like to see food truck Friday again with a variety of trucks.
Hory was so nice to work with! She made the application and leasing process so quick and easy! Our move in day did get pushed back by a day as we were waiting on the lease from corporate but other than that it was smooth sailing. We actually leased the apartments without touring and I was a little hesitant however I can say we are completely pleased with the place. I will only note that the balcony is not as big as I thought it was going to be with the floor plan of the Vineyard online but that could be for other apartments.
I felt at home from the moment I moved in. I absolutely love everything about my apartment. The community is well maintained and peaceful. The location is ideal with many shopping options nearby.
I have lived at the Harrison at Braselton apartments for about three years now, going on four. My experience has been pleasant and the management now has increased that experience. It is a quaint, quiet, yet involved community who respects one another and creates a safe environment. Overall, my experience has been pretty good.
I've had a positive experience as a resident. The amenities, especially the gym, have been really helpful for my fitness routine. The community is friendly, and overall, the living conditions meet my expectations. There are areas that could be improved, such as the size of the staff, but generally, it's been a good place to live.
I was looking for something short term as I am having a new home built in Hoschton, and the Harrison apartments has more than fulfilled my needs. I was able to rent a one bedroom apartment for 6 months, and it has been a great experience. Very nice neighbors, great maintenance service, and amenities that are awesome. Ive enjoyed living here, and would recommend it to my friends and family.
The staffing is awesome maintenance crew is prompt and professional polite very knowledgeable in all aspects the facility grounds are kept emaculat
I love it here! The area is beautiful, the staff is so sweet and welcoming. The community events are such a great time to mingle neighbors and staff. The pool area is an amazing place to wind down and relax.
I had a great experience moving in. Communication was efficient and I was helped with any questions in a timely manner. I had a smooth transition into my new apartment which I love!
The parking is very packed at times and leaves little to none at my building. Which can be uncomfortable after working a night shift and getting home late at night. Besides that great ??

Harrison is a great place to live. The apartment has amazing natural sunlight at all times during the daytime. It’s a quiet and nice neighborhood. The one downside I have is people not adequately cleaning up after their pets.
