Harrington Square

Prospective residents should not be mislead into feeling they will have a home where security is designed into the property. The property is not secure. In fact, most crimes in the area occur inside the parking garage gates and locked storage rooms. For people who want to live in a quiet neighborhood, this property does not qualify as quiet either. What is nice about the property is the first class maintenance staff who have been here several years. At the same time, the leasing staff have been friendly and easy to work with all while turnover in the three person office is very high. Obviously a situation Greystar is unable to solve. Six very nice employees have left Greystar from H2 during the past two years. That is a very poor record in my opinion.

We came to Harrington Square from a pricy new apartment building in downtown Bellevue. We were immediately blown away, not by just the quality and maintenance of the property itself, but by the diligence and friendliness of the staff. I've stayed in a lot of apartments in my life, and I can confidently say that Harrington has impressed me the most out of all of them. If you're thinking about checking this place out, I would highly recommend it.

The appartment has public library and grocery stores within 2 minutes waling, public transportation stations very close, they has direct connection to downdown Seattle.

The lack of security here can't continue to be disguised! The storage lockers are not secure and parking in the gated garages only provides good weather for tenants property and the thieves who frequently visit our property. This is not a quiet neighborhood anymore. The number and size of new construction and building demolition projects occurring today compound the street noise from loud cars, motorcycles and garbage trucks in the neighborhood, not to mention the frequent sirens. This is like an industrial, urban setting at the moment. If you live here, you could like most of your neighbors and you could have easy conversations about our weather and irritations about the neighborhood. Greystar has shown very little skill in managing the important property issues and seem very anxious to become the most expensive property in this neighborhood. Check your options if security and quiet matter.

The only word I can spread about the Harrington if you haven't moved in here yet don't ask somebody that's been here for a while before you sign the paperwork to move in this place isn't all that anymore it used to be gone downhill a lot matter of fact from sugar to s*** it used to be a good place to move into not anymore.

I am very satisfied with everything here in this new house, from the first moment I was here looking for a place to live, the attention and dedication of the employees were super satisfying and made me decide to be here. thank you all.

The apartments a really good . I have not had any issues I can complain since I moved in . Management team is excellent. Especially people at the office so professional.

I think that for the cost of rent at this facility apartments need to be updated.

Harrington square could be nice place to live but some people that live here make it hard, the location is great, the neighborhood is terrible its dirty, trash everywhere, homeless people around the apartment. The rent here is never the same, things are broken most of the time the garage door, the main door to get into apartment. There is so much more to say. Do your research before you think about living here

Harrington Square is a wonderful community to live. The grounds are well kept and neat. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and professional.

Service was fantastic they replaced all out light bulbs, fire alarms and cleared a clogged shower within a single visit.

I moved in about 6 months ago and have loved it! The staff are super nice and with the addition of online service requests maintenance work gets done super quickly. Even if I put the work as a low priority it gets done within a day! I also like that there are community events every month. They are a lot of fun and I like getting to meet all the different people in the building!

Aggressive method to force people to rent. Poor maintenance and management responsiveness.

I just moved into this apartment complex and have had the worse experience thus fair. Work orders are slow to be complete without any proper indication of status. In addition, maintenance leaves a mess after work orders. The hallway on my floor reeks of animals and is filthy.

Moving in to Harrington Square was a breeze. The staff here helped us move in quickly, even though we arrived in the late afternoon. The newly renovated rooms are very nice and clean. One of the best perks of living here are the Amazon lockers. It makes it easy to get things from Amazon without having to worry about theft.

Harrington Square is a wonderful place to live. It is close to everything. It is clean and safe. But most important of all are the management and maintenance teams.They are simply fantasic.

This is a nice apartment complex. I really like it better than my previous apartment (which was considered high end due to being on Lake Washington)

Harrington Square has been a great place to live. The community manager, Stephanie is always a pleasure to work with. Chris in the leasing office is always most helpful and is one of the best office staff we have worked with. The community has monthly resident events that sometimes offer food, drinks and entertainment. The location is also great as it is close to 405 and right next to a Safeway grocery store. Being able to walk to get groceries is a great thing! The community is very pet friendly and our dog loves the dog park that is here! The parking gates do tend to break a lot but besides this we have enjoyed our nearly 2 years here!

A hidden gem overshadowed by the Landing apartments. This is the first time Ive renewed my lease in the last 7 year if that tells you anything. Excellent staff, reasonable rent, quite community, and an awesome gym make it an easy choice!

Great apartment located in a great location close to I-405 and The Landing. Secure buildings and parking with security patrols. Leasing office folks are friendly and professional and always willing to help residents. Maintenance is very responsive and will get repairs done right and quick.

We just moved into our new apartment at Harrington Square and love the spacious layout options. We love that it's dog-friendly, clean, close to the freeway and is a controlled-access community. Chris and Jamie in the office were so friendly and helpful with all of our questions and concerns throughout the move-in process. We wish the walls/floors were a little thicker as the apartment above us is noisy, but that's kind of to be expected with apartment living. Overall, our experience has been great so far!

Its a beautiful building with excellent floor plans and great ammenties. Early on harrington square was going paperless, i was upset to took it out on stephanie. During which tephanie remained calm and professional and i later came back and appologized so thank you for your professionalism stephanie!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! FAIR WARNING!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS CONS: 1. The whole inside of the buildings (Hallways, Parking Garage, Outside, Surrounding Businesses) Smell like GARBAGE NO JOKE GO SMELL IT YOUR SELF They have a low budget for cleaning the building.. so I hope you like plugging your nose when you leave your unit. 2. CRIME CRIME CRIME - DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR!! Regardless if it's parked in the parking garage or along the street.. you will get your windows busted out. Homeless Drug addicts sleep in the church field, in their cars, etc. You will hear domestic violence, gun shots, throughout the year. THIS IS A VERY BAD AREA OF RENTON, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. 3. Random charges - Your rent won't be the same each month.. their utility bills are never the same each month! I hope you like being OVER OVER charged for w/s/g. 4. The management is rude - Stephanie should be fired. She has no respect for anyone except future tenants. Every time I came to her with an issue she always stated she was super busy and she would attend to it later.. look hon we're all busy.. just another sign of lazyness from management. She is the top management btw so if you have any big issues good luck!!! 5. They will charge you hundreds of dollars on move-out regardless of how you leave your unit, so be prepared to pay a hefty move out fee! 6. They secretly don't tell you that parking in the garage is an extra $50/mo... so be prepared to add that to your rent. 7. The only way to pay your rent is with a bank account. If you pay with Credit/Debit/Anything Else there is a heft $50 fee.. another scam from this company. 8. The front office has never answered the phone since i have lived here, I always had to go down to the office and get the impression i am "Bothering" them. I went down there one time no one is even viewing the apartments and everyone in the office is on there phones!!! Talk about irritating! 9. Dog Poop - It seems like everyone with a dog at this complex is too lazy to pickup after their animals.. You will know what I mean when you walk around the grounds and smell/see dog poop everywhere. The whole church field is full of poop! just disgusting. Overall I don't know how these people haven't been shut down by the health department.

This place is awful! Just moved in and had birds in my microwave vent. Whole thing is filled with bird poop!! So disgusting. Took 2 days to remove the dead bird so my apt smells like it. There is still more birds in there which the office knew about but never mentioned to us. It been days now and have not heard the vents will replaced. Bird poop is very hazardous and management has not made much effort on getting this issued fixed. The office was pretty rude and made it seem as if they had no time to deal with this. As if I was the problem. Listen to the other reviews and save yourself problems if lug ng here. I wish I would have. I would not recommend this place since they dont care about their residents at all and rude.

This place is ran by incompetent imbeciles. Their turn over rate for management is very high since most end up getting fired. If you're considering renting at Harrington Square Apartments DO NOT DO IT! It's not worth risking your well being and safety.

We really liked this place at first. The management was nice and the apartments were really clean and quiet compared to our other places. However they really scammed us big time. They messed up our bill and are late getting the full amount updated. The also recently decided to go all online for pay, but their site wasn't working. We told them several days before the rent was due and they gave us instructions of what to do and said they would fix it ASAP and let us know. We followed their instructions exactly and timely, but they never did their fix until the day Rent was due, then the site still was not allowing us to pay claiming it was already late and we can no longer pay. Now we have a ton of late fees and they claim that what we were told to do was wrong and they wont take responsibility for it. We are shocked at how dishonest they are and how little they care about the renters, as long as they squeeze as much money out of them as possible. Whoever you are, you deserve management you can trust. Nice smiles are meaningless when they are dishonest people.

This was my first apartment ever and honestly it was not the best experience. i had moved in with 2 other people and not even two months into my lease every tenant in the complex recieves a nasty email from someone in the main office about the garbage shoots and how they are nasty and they dont like cleaning up after us. and when i say rude it was like they were blaming us for working nights or not having the time to put our garbage out before the guys could come pick it up. They also restricted the garbage shoots to only the fifth floor at some point in time and made all of us go to the fifth floor if we wanted to take our garbage out. over all i liked the layout and the nice appliances and granite counter tops and the bathroom in the masterbedroom. the complex was nice. another thing was that i very concerned alot of the time because there were doors to the building that would not work properly and if you were to have just giggled the door a tiny bit it would open when the door should only have opened when a key fob was given. This made me very uneasy some nights. another door sometimes wouldn't even open when i would go to use the fob and it would get stuck. you would have to either go down and through the work out room or use the master key they give you (which they only gave us ONE for the 3 people that lived in my apartment.) that door was constantly kept open. basically taking all that security they tell you about and it went right out the window when you find it open.

We have lived in Harrington Square apartment for about a month or so. The location of the apartment is conveniently and next to the freeway and The Landing. The apartment itself is nice. Very modern. It smells good. The staff are great and helping. This apartment had a couple who throw on events every week and they are great. The food is always good. Being new in this area I didn't know many people. Because of the events I have been introduced to many sweet people. I am so happy I made the decision to move into Harrington Square Apartment.

I have lived in lots of apartment in the past 10 yrs I am very impressed with the Harrington square nice location good looking finishes and nice staff. I lived on the 5th floor facing the west one of the best views in the city just be prepared to by a portable AC unit in the summer and wish they had a pool
