It's been a great experience, management professional and welcoming. Very receptive to feedback. And they are candid and provide instruction on what the building has for services and well-informed. Everyone friendly.

The move in process has been exceptional. The care taken to make sure my move-in went smoothly was phenomenal and I love my apartment and the view.

Friendly management team, super helpful facilities and it’s locational advantages make it accessible to shops, restaurants, and bus stations.

The staff (particularly Ashley and Daniel) have made the moving in process go smoothly. Every resident (and pet!) we’ve met are friendly and helpful. We love our apartment - so sunny and spacious - it’s just what we wanted! Looking forward to settling in and enjoying all the amenities Harper has to offer! The neighborhood is a gem!

All staff are friendly helpful, I like the community feel, great vibe. The dog of the month is amazing and everyone pet”s are so cute and friendly.

Living at Harper apartments has been an excellent experience so far, my husband and I moved a week ago and already feel at home. There were some issues with our keys at the beginning but since that has been resolved we haven’t had any issues.

I recently moved into Harper Apartments in Saint Paul's Union Park neighborhood, and I'm impressed! The location itself is a big perk. It's close to shops and restaurants on Selby and Snelling Avenues, offering a vibrant mix of local businesses and familiar chains. Plus, it's just a short drive (or a longer, enjoyable walk) to parks for some green space. The apartments at Harper themselves are sleek and stylish, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. My unit has large windows and a well-equipped kitchen. The amenities are also a major draw. I love that there's a social lobby with workspaces, pool deck with fireplace, yoga and barre studio in the fitness center, and free coffee anytime you want. One thing that surprised me was the sense of community at Harper. The building has a social vibe, plus, the pet-friendly atmosphere means there are always friendly pups to meet on walks around the building. I've met so many cute ones already.

Visually stunning. Safe. Quiet. Ease of use for maintenance and technology. Friendly staff. Excellent amenities. Feels like home. The move in process was easy and efficient. Love the coffee machine. Very clean building. The halls are very air conditioned. Fast elevators. Love that you have to fab the elevator to work-safe. There are plenty of trolleys for groceries and moving heavy or large item's. Well placed trash/ recycling/ compost shoots. High ceilings. Modern paint and finishes. Attentive and helpful concierge. Even the mail boxes have style. Very classy. Packages are safe with LuxerOne.

I love the community here and the ammenities are great! The staff are lovely and always happy to help if I have questions. I was brand new to the twin cities and it has made living in a new city so much easier.

Great community to be a part of. Awesome staff, I love what this community offers gym, deck with grill and mini pool and the coffee bar is awesome.

It’s been great! Safe neighborhood with a lot of things to do. I love the coworking space and pool deck. 4 stars, because my apartment was not move in ready, and they don’t do as many events as I thought they would.

Aside from the prices becoming outrageous, it’s a very good place to live. This is a newer building with decent amenities and friendly people.

Staff is amazing and always available to help. I also love the location of the apartment. Everything is nearby. This apartment is also located in a very safe neighborhood.

So far, really good! My husband and I recently moved here as temporary stay while our new home is being built. We are not apartment dwellers. Yet, we really like it here. The location is great. The amenities are wonderful. And, the staff are all really nice and helpful.

The staff here are top-notch! I met Jeep, the apartment's unofficial concierge, who is always up for a pet. The people here in the community are so friendly and helpful. This feels like home!

Overall good quality. Occasional issues with my rent amount that requires correction. Non urgent repairs can take a while (months or longer).

I love how secure the building is; as a woman I feel are to live by myself. The neighborhood is full of families and pets and the vibe is everything anyone could hope for. I have no regrets moving to this building and I plan to stay for a long time.

This is by far the best apartment I have lived in: it is safe, people are friendly, amenities are always clean, staff are very helpful and always willing to solve issues that come up!

the quality of the units is nice and new, the shared spaces are always kept clean and everyone i've met or talked to has been friendly. besides my living space the amenities are easily my favorite part of this apartment.

I enjoy how friendly the residents and staff are as well as meeting neighbors' dogs! Having a heated parking garage is also a major plus in Minnesota.

Rent pricing is high, especially without an off street parking area. It's a very loud location, and the fire station nearby makes it much more so.

Great for student living or young professionals. Sometimes upstairs neighbors have guests over and create noise into the morning hours, so this could affect family living situations.

The spaces are lovely and the apartments nice. The poor ability to directly contact the office staff by phone (it always goes to VM or a third party) is frustrating.

Harper is very unique. It is “charming” and has lots of local pieces tied in. I am so happy there is a new community in the neighborhood, right next to Whole Foods and across from a Dunkin’. What more could you need?
