Harmony Luxury Apartments

Don’t do it!! The whole complex is horrible. They don’t fix anything what do ever, and its a terrible place to live!! We had water leaking from a light fixture!!! For a “luxury home” that shouldn’t be happening!!

There’s so much wrong here. The office staff barely respond to emails. The neighbors above me are so bad and I’ve complained so much but management refuses to do anything about it. So many people put out trash on non-trash days and it stink and again, management refuses to do anything about it. Ugly sight of people working on their cars and so on. Stay away.

There is a new leasing team that took over in April 2023, and ever since, the entire complex's quality of service is dropping more and more. The previous leasing team always gave 5-star service and should definitely be brought back. With this new team here, the environment, vibe, and service has changed everywhere that was never a problem before April. Numerous times there is a strong smell of weed coming off of numerous people from different floors when they get on the elevator with a 6-year-old present, which was never a problem before. Numerous times while going for a walk there is a strong odor of weed coming from apartments that I have seen open their patio doors to let the smell out, which was never a problem before so now we do not take our 6-year-old out for walks anymore. Numerous times we get woken up from loud bass music from cars or people revving their engines and peeling out either after 1am or early in the morning before 8am, which was never a problem before. And it took over 2 weeks to get refills at numerous dog stations, which created a dirty environment, also never a problem before. We had no problem getting a storage room before in less than 2 weeks. With this new team, we've been getting the run around and a different story every time we call or email since May 18 up to today July 7, with no further action from them. Tranquility and trust is something this new team is losing very quickly. Hopefully things change soon as this was a nice place to live before April.

Tranquility of the community and community events were on the decline. Cops were constantly present in the community due to the rise in criminal activity. The last "party" celebrated was very poor compared to all other events celebrated while I was there.

I would still recommend friends and family to the community because it is a great area and the representatives were kind and professional.

Issues with building settling has led to cracks in walls, uneven floors, and loss of water pressure.

Parking is very difficult, to say the least. There are not enough parking spaces for residents, so they would park in the visitor parking, which made it impossible for visitors to find parking.

I would recommend these apartments because of the nice quiet areas

This is such a beautiful place for such a great value. I am really looking forward to it.

Nice floor plan and amenities

Nice apartments, staff are very helpful and professional. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. And very dog friendly complex as well! We’ve lived here in both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments here and love it! They even helped us to transfer to a new apartment mid lease when we found out we had a baby on the way. Great place to live!

Loud upstairs neighbors. Have politely spoke to them on multiple occasions and security has come out and they don't care. Also my apartment spells like weed 4-5 days a week from the people next door.

We have lived here about 5 years and overall here’s what I can tell you… The people that work here are wonderful! I have great neighbors! The apartment are nice and beautiful, and pretty quite. The amenities are top notch. The have fun social things. They will work to address any concern you have. We are preparing to move to our new home, but I can’t help but be grateful that we have had this wonderful place to call home while we worked on this next step. Thank you, Harmony team!

Modern units with nice and convenient floor plans

I love living here . But it' slightly embarrassing for my guest to walk up to building and dog feces outside . Residents are not keeping up after dogs and residents are leaving trash in stairwell as well which is also embarrassing.

Aside from the singular office personel I've dealt with, Harmony as a whole as been a pretty great experience.

Harmony is a good community. It is quit except for the occasional disturbance. There is a lot of trash around the edges of the community.

Great amenities. Thinking if renewing our lease once again. Very quite, no issues with neighbors. Parking as been better. Kids are excited about the pool reopening

Its fairly quiet living here so Harmony lives up to its name. The maintenance response is also very quick.

Very quiet, well-kept, great amenities, spacious apartments. The only thing is that tenants don't pick up after their pets. Lots of dog poop every where, not the apartment complex's fault but the tenants.

The apartment wasn’t turned over properly! Carpet was not even vacuumed and was worn out! The entire apartment was dusty! Washer/Dryer were disgusting! Air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in a year! No filter on coils they were super dirty! Pest and humidity issues in my building! The entire building is cheaply made! My kitchen ceiling was leaking from around the sprinkler! I was on the 4th floor so it’s a roof problem! Trash everywhere in the property! I’ve seen from entire to go boxes with food on the ground to a dirty diaper! Dog poop everywhere! I avoid walking on the grass but I’ve even seen dog poop on the sidewalks! Elevator breaks down frequently! Weed smell all around the building day or night. Other cars parked in my carport and they don’t get towed right away! You just have to wait for them to decide to move out of your spot! Office doesn’t answer the phone or return calls! I’ve been inside the office hearing their phone ring but staff is chitchatting and ignoring the phone! The first tons of emails I sent were ignored! My account balance was always messed up! I kept getting a no renters insurance fee even though I had the insurance since move in! The charge for the carport would show up twice in one month! This place is a nightmare!

The amenities offered are amazing for disabled and non disabled individuals. There is so much offered for the price paid in rent.

This is a quiet and only apartment I've really liked living in.

When you move into a luxury community you except exceptional 5 star service. You wont get that here. The customer service is the worst and if that's the service they provide you from the beginning you can only imagine that itll be worst if you're a resident. Take my advice, dont do it. Reconsider!!!!!

We moved in in mid January, and in the beginning we had no complaints. Right now we are a bit annoyed that we pay to live in a building with an elevator, but that elevator has not been working properly. It’s been over a month now that it would stop working intermittently. Now it’s an every day thing. Right now it has been a week straight that it has not worked. I’ve called the office, I’ve been told they are going to get their vendor to come look at it. Nothing has happened. I have an older dog that struggles with stairs, and taking groceries up 3 flights is a bit of a hard task with a toddler.

I believe it is a good property overall. Staffing average, accept for Charlotte. Way to go Charlotte! . Neighbors make it difficult to call it home.

Rent for a 2 bedroom apartment here is the same as a mortgage for your own house

We love it! All the employees are so nice. Area is quiet.

People in the office are great with me. There's a few issues with security, but that's not really on them.

I would recommend this apartment community because the staff is very friendly and if this is your first time leasing an apartment I know this would be the perfect place !!

I felt welcomed while looking at the apartments. The leasing professional was very professional and didn't act like it was a task to show additional units or ask questions.

The staff was amazing i had looked at 3 other apartments that day the staff here knows what they are talking about and they made sure that i was comfortable the whole time while speaking to them and made sure all my questions did not go unanswered way better than any of the other three that i had looked at last saturday i absolutely love that i will be calling harmony luxury my home very soon Love Love Love these apartments

I have always had great service from our maintenance team! They are professional and friendly! They get the job done in a timely manner! I appreciate them for all they do for us!??

My greatest complain is how much noise travels through the walls. Every time a neighbor listens to music I have to listen as well. There are also some neighbors that like to talk through the balcony at night.

The staff is amazing, the apartments are beautiful and I feel safe. And maintenance is great.

I have already told several people friends family how nice everyone is here. great community everyone is so polite. very clean property and lite up so u feel safe just beautiful. Apt is do nice have plenty of space like waking up at the Marriott. I love walking my dog along the trail and he loves it too. So glad I choose to come an look and lease best idea I have ever made regarding an apt. Doesn't feel like an apartment feels like a home and I'm glad to call it my hm

Going from a community that is made the cheapest and easiest to maintain to harmony, where I can tell they thought about the fact that people are actually going to be living here, is a complete life changer. It's amazing to live somewhere that feels like home. I love this place

Me personally, I like the location. I'm an east texas guy so being able to kind of get away while living in a place like Dallas is nice to me.

Parking is a major problem. Especially considering the fact that parking regulations are not enforced. This is especially true for the Handy Caped parking areas. Cars consistently park in these spaces without the proper approvals. None of the apartment staff seem to care about this and they take no action.

there should be elevators in all of the buildings and there should also be more free parking. t=There is not enough and if you are not home by 7, then most likely you will be parking far and walking late at night to your apartment which is so unsafe

Police/firefighters/EMS over at the apartments almost everyday so we didn't feel as safe as it once was

Honestly the staff was always welcoming and helpful, the team that has been put together is wonderful and understanding. Thank you for being amazing, will definitely recommend you guys to anyone looking for apartment.

The staff is really nice. The apartment is clean, quiet and inviting. I can really see this as my home.

I live the amenities, the complex is quiet. Finding parking close to my unit in then there hand is a hassle. I have small children and if I get home after 5pm, it's difficult to find a parking close by. Came from the ER at 3am once with my 9 month old and had to park really far, toward the back of the complex and I live in building 1.

It is safe and quiet. Apartments work well with AC and everything else. There are ants and stairs are filthy, hallways are dirty and residents dont follow the trash protocol.
