I enjoy living here, it’s peaceful. Maintenance and staff are great. I love when the food trucks stop by. The updated clubhouse is nice. It is very family friendly.

I applied for an apartment at the end of January, and as of today (July 1st), I still haven’t received my $250 refund. Communication has been absolutely nonexistent – no one responds to emails. This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

My resident experience has been overall positive. The community is well-maintained, and the management team has been responsive to maintenance requests and general concerns. I’ve appreciated the peaceful environment, amenities like the fitness center and laundry facilities, and the sense of security. It’s been a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

The amenities and apartment is really nice.The area nearby apartment is lovely.Its very clean but some part needs attention (there are a lot of dog poops).

I really like this community — there’s such a sense of peace here. The quietness and stillness make it feel like a hidden gem, a perfect place to just breathe and unwind on my patio

A very hassle free move in process. Great amenities for kids to enjoy their play time. Our pet is already in love with the courtyard and balcony.

It has been such an easy going move in process and I love the community already! It is a quiet building with such amazing amenities, and the shuttle is my favorite thing!

The team in management is really not helpful at all. Not in person nor by phone. They expect you to know how things work but they don’t take the time to explain or make your move and process smooth.

I've been here for five months, and so far, I think it's great. The property is always well maintained, and the shuttle is very convenient and reliable. If I had one complaint, it would be the lack of Wi-Fi at the gym. Hopefully, we'll get that with the renovations.

It is good location to stay as everything is accessible from here. Faced multiple fake fire alarm at night and it needs to be improved as it was disturbing at night

I just picked up my keys yesterday and I met with Brianna . She was so nice and helpful and I am looking forward to living at the property. My unit is clean and everything is how I expected it to be.

Amazing waterfront community with great shopping nearby. Spacious apartments and good amenities. Maintenance and administrative staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location and easy commute options.

Just moved into Harbor Pointe and so far, I’m really happy with the experience. The leasing process was smooth, staff have been helpful, and the building is clean and modern. Love the amenities and the apartment feels spacious and bright. Looking forward to settling in!

Unprofessional leasing office, unfriendly, not informative of process/resident procedures, needed to ask questions about everything - lots of surprises! Apartment was very dirty upon move-in, dirty vents, dirty light switches, disgusting dryer vent, broken glass in dishwasher, nasty kitchen cabinets inside & out, toilet leaking, just to name a few. Unfortunately, I did not look closely at these things prior to move-in. The apartment was not polished enough to turn over to a new tenant; very disappointed in this move!

I enjoy living at harbor pointe. It’s a safe community and I appreciate the scenery. Maintenance is friendly and reliable, Antonio always makes sure things get done.

The staff and neighbors are friendly. This place instantly felt like home. I fully recommend anyone to live her as we have a state of the art gym, a jungle gym that is climate controlled for the little ones and a great pool for the hot summer days.

New tenant but the community looks great. I’m very excited to be joining this community. I like how versatile and inclusive it looks. I cannot wait to what see what the future holds.

I moved to a great place. Beautiful embankment, all the amenities. I like that the bus will take me to work. Clean, beautiful building. Excellent parking. There is a swimming pool where I will spend time in the summer.

The community has better rents than the neighboring ones but it comes with its own caveats. The buildings are old and the service is not as expected. Otherwise it's in a great location.

Amazing experience and my family is loving it. Im definitely referring to my friends and family. My son loves playing on the park and the lounge is perfect.

I am going towards my 3rd year here, love the office staff professional, and respond quickly to any issue or questions I have , the maintenance is the best I have ever had no matter where I lived , they are prompt and professional, can't wait for another summer with the community room for parties and the pool to swim

Very nice and peaceful living ! Can’t wait till summer to really use the amenities especially the pool. So far everything is working well and we are happy here.

Good morning Harbor Staff and Community We are very thankful for the amazing staff at the Harbor management is excellent and very attentive to the concerns and needs of the residents every time we have needed assistance they have responded amazingly. The other component is the is our maintenance team they are super knowledgeable and caring with the work orders and quick response and our maintenance cleaning team at 300 Constitution the floors and compactor are always clean so if you looking to be a great resident at the Harbor please come take a tour we have been resident of the Harbor for over four years it’s Great Fun and very convenient. I absolutely love Harbour Pointe, I will continue to rent here because I love the neighborhood, everyone is so nice and helpful! The apartments are spacious and updated. The mailroom is a little messy but other than that I love it.

Beautiful waterfront community. Great amenities and shopping nearby. Easy connectivity to the city. Friendly neighbors. Building admin staff is responsive and helpful. Sometimes packages get stolen but that’s on the persons enacting it.

Good neighborhood, close by to Costco, CVS and lidl. Amenities are good, staff is always open to requests and patient with us. Fav amenity is Jungle gym for lil kiddos which works out best for winter months!

I enjoy living at Harbor Pointe, it is a safe place for our family. We are in a great location. Super markets and different food options are close by. Overall, I am satisfied.

Love living here. Easy access to the City. Shuttle bus is an added feature I happy about. Wish though, the buses will be on time in the evenings, especially the 5:30 pm bus. Overall, love this place.

Apartments are roomy. Maintenance staff are efficient. Too many kids outside unsupervised. Summer nights are noisy. Leasing staff could be a little nicer and compassionate.

The building is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the people are very nice! Tons of parking all around the building & a very safe/cozy area to be around!

Great community to live in. Very safe and friendly neighbors, view and walking areas are great for pets, children and anyone looking to get outside and moving.

Apartment is great, however, the management is not accountable for things like parking’s cleaning or applying fees for those renters that smoke inside their apartments or in common areas where is forbidden.

Really enjoying my apartment and the amenities, I have access to the gym , 24/7 and transportation to and from Grove St , close to 2 different malls

I am really unhappy with the lack of attention to the gym. As residents we pay a lot of money annually for the “amenities” but I’ve lived here for two years and have watched the status of the gym continually decline. I have written two emails to management about the poor state of the gym. I didn’t receive a response to either email nor was any action taken to improve the status of the gym. We have treadmills that have been broken for months and haven’t been repaired or replaced and there are many broken or missing pieces to the weight machines. Every spring when the weather starts getting warmer, the climate in the gym gets to be ridiculously hot. It will consistently get into the high 70s and low 80s but neither management or facilities will turn the air conditioning on. The fact that my complaints have gone completely ignored just shows you the culture of the management at this residence. They only want to lock you into a lease, there is no commitment to providing good service.

We moved in to this apartment last year, it has been a wonderful experience so far. Also, having the shuttle service really helps with the commute.

I currently live in this community, and it’s truly beautiful. I really enjoy the environment here; it’s exceptionally pleasant. I love the gym, the various facilities, and the attentive service they provide. Having lived here for almost six months, I feel very comfortable and have had a wonderful living experience.

Being a resident here is subpar. Management doesn’t listen to our concerns on how to better improve our experience when it comes to the shuttle. An amenity I use very frequent. They also take forever to respond back to us and the lack of events they have sucks. Other complexes truly show out for their residents as show by their events and communication.

Excellent community to live in and great services at the Harbor Pointe and very punctual maintenance services team with a wealth of knowledge and very caring.

Harbor Pointe is located very lucratively by the water and great shopping. The maintenance used to be a lot better. Now the gardens are not cared for as much as a few years ago. The neighborhood communities have beautiful gardens and plants and Harbor Pointe fades in comparison. It’s a beautiful community with good amenities like the pool and gym and game room is great. But package’s get stolen and lost often with no resolution and no steps taken to stop this. The admin team is friendly.

It’s been great living here. Safe community for my family and I. I enjoy being able to walk alongside the water and the comfort and size of my apartment.

Staff here is so nice and helpful. The move in process was quick and easy. A few minor issues with my unit but I’m hopeful they will be addressed quickly.

So excited to live here. the area is family oriented and I love that there is a nearby child care it is amazing and looks safe for the kids.

It’s is a nice experience to live with this community. Pleasant atmosphere, amenities are good, bus service is good. Surrounding weather is cool and relaxing

Pros: - Less rent compared to nearby apartments - Nice locality with all amenities - Maintenance service is very good Cons: - Sometimes, corridors are dirty and smelly. Most of the days smells of weed - You have to have all correspondence with management only through mail. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days to get a response. Walk-ins are discouraged by current management. - Roof seems made out of paper, you can hear folks walking on the apartment one floor above.

Great place… big rooms at affordable cost. Love the gym and playhouse for kids . Would be much better if the management is available when we need

We’ve just moved in and the maintenance team has been absolutely phenomenal in helping us with any concerns or issues that we found from the previous tenants.

it has been a 2 weeks and i am enjoying all of it. The community offers spacious floor plans with modern amenities, including updated kitchens, in-unit laundry, and ample storage space. The grounds are well-maintained, featuring lovely landscaping and a refreshing pool area perfect for summer relaxation. The on-site gym is convenient and decently equipped. The management team is responsive and friendly, addressing maintenance requests promptly.

Harbor pointe used to be one of the best communities in Bayonne but sadly now the standard has declined. The hallways are not as well maintained and debris piles are quite a usual sight. The location and view is fantastic with great shopping and easy commute. Beautiful cruise ships and parks nearby. Just wish the maintenance & cleanliness is improved. Staff is friendly and helpful.
