Con relacion a nuestra corta estadia porque todavia no tenemos un año, no tenemos ningun tipo de quejas. La administracion, los servicios, el personal, todo lo que encontramos en los espacios comunes es de nuestro agrado, estamos muy complicidos de vivir aqui. No tenemos quejas, nos sentimos muy bien y comodos, viviendo en esta comunidad de apartamentos. Gracias!!!

Harbor Landing is the best place to live! They have the greatest personnel staff and great maintenance crew! Both buildings are kept very clean! I just love living here!

Harbor landing is beautiful! The amenities are great and the place is clean. My neighbors are all kind and friendly. The pets are adorable. They’re very well behaved and quiet. My floor is always clean and the maintenance staff as well as the cleaning staff are always working hard. Jonida, Peter and Mike are very friendly and helpful. Someone is also answering the phones. The concierge are helpful as well with directions or packages. I have never had anything stolen here. It’s a great place. Call Peter and make an appointment. We’re all cool!

The community in Harbor Landing is so friendly and the apartment management run a really efficient operation. They are all incredibly helpful and friendly and we very much enjoy our time here!

Ever since Greystar took over, specifically Mike and Peter, our apartment building has been 10/10. They make sure it stays clean, they coordinate events and are very quick to resolving any issues. We truly appreciate all that they’ve done and continue to do! This place was not what it is now a year ago. So thank you to you both for making it a better place! Also—we love all of the people who live here! Highly recommend Harbor Landing!

I have been living at Harbor Landing since they opened and the experience has been great! Amenities and services wonderful! The water is at your fingertips. Great location!

I’ve been at Harbor Landing for over 6 years and I have enjoyed my time since. I feel safe in the community, the front desk, maintenance and leasing team are always ready to help if/when needed, and the building is kept in a good and clean condition. They started to do community activities again which allows you to meet neighbors and feel like you’re part of something.

I’m very happy. The location is great, and staff friendly and attentive.

I do not recommend living in Harbor Landing. The building is getting old with regular maintenance issues. The management staff (both old and new) are not good. They misrepresent legal issues, make false claims about charging fines for things prohibited in the lease, they are unresponsive with issues, and don't address safety concerns appropriately. This includes onsite staff and corporate.

Harbor Landing is a wonderful apartment community in a great location near Crab Shack and Prime in Stamford. The management are excellent and friendly and the community is really lovely. We very much enjoy living in this apartment community.

management company made significant changes for the better that improved the quality of life in the building. In addition, there is an immediate response to every request.

I moved into Harbor Landing Apartments a few years ago and couldn't be happier this year. The location is perfect, with easy access to dining, and public transportation. The well-maintained amenities and rooftop terrace are great for relaxing. Management is responsive and professional, addressing any issues promptly. Overall, Harbor Landing offers a fantastic living experience that I highly recommend.

I would not recommend moving to Harbor Landing. Management is bad, location isn't that safe, and the quality of what you get is lower than the price you'll have to pay.

Imagine living somewhere that is a breath of fresh air after a long day of work. The property is clean and community is amazing. The leasing office is helpful with anything you need (Mike and Peter). I think this hidden gem needs to be everyones gem.

Harbor Landing is a very nice place to live! My neighbors are friendly and clean. Their adorable dogs are obedient! It’s a quiet and clean place with lots of amenities, There are social gatherings in the club room for those who want to meet other residents. The leasing office and concierge staff are very helpful. Please come visit for a tour with Peter! He’s awesome!

Harbor Landing is a very excellent place to live. The hallways, elevators, trash room, mail room, lobby’s and even the garage are all kept clean! I even saw a woman sweeping with a broom in the garage. Also, the maintenance crew are excellent and are friendly by saying Good morning, and I get how are you doing! Harbor Landing has a great crew all over from the very beginning (leasing office to maintenance).

The management in this place is absolutely terrible. They lie and cannot be trusted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Overall, living at Harbor Landing has been a great experience! Our apartment is spacious, has beautiful hardwood throughout, includes nice finishes, and has a sizable balcony. The main downside is having a boatyard outside of our unit… they start working early and often wake us up.

I love it here from the neighbors to the community is just perfect nice a quiet and also so much excitement.. pet friendly easy commute not to far from NYC NOR NEW HAVEN

Great staff, very helpful & knowledgeable. They helped show me around, get settled in, and overall feel very much at home! Would definitely recommend.

Nice modern building. Only issue was a leak at the window but it was fixed very quickly. Concierge staff are nice and friendly. Very little noise from other apartments. Ground floor unit has nice high ceilings. Will stay here longer if I can.

I have been living here for 3.5 years and until about a year ago it was a great place to live. Management has changed hands and they seem to have no regard for their tenants. I have made multiple complaints to management and the response is always “we will address this” but the only thing that changes is the problems get worse. It has now become a local hangout for anyone who wants to come by and most nights there is loud music and yelling in the public areas immediately adjacent to half of the apartments in the community. Most nights I have to take a Xanax to avoid noise. The building has no security but still threatens tenants with fines for bringing guests or not following the rules but there is literally zero enforcement of these rules. The pool has also become a public pool where there are no rules and it is no longer a place I can relax and enjoy my time off. I truly feel trapped in a lease I cannot escape and as soon as I am able to move out I will be doing so.

Best apartment in Stamford, walk in closet, laundry, parking, balcony & pool! Ac unit is central air, leaving space in square footage to be utilized. Walking closet is made for two guests

Apartments are great. Parking is an issue. The garage leaks cement onto the cars and there is no outside parking. Public tv’s need cable, amenities are rarely working.

Outside of some noise issues from neighbors, both above and to the side, our time at Harbor Landing has been extremely positive. The staff has been great, and the amenities are nice.

Nice and clean peace and quiet neighbors friendly enjoying the gym room a lot can’t wait to meet the neighbors and hang out by the water and restaurants

I have received the absolute best customer service and maintenance at this place! I moved in a few months ago and have been blown away by the care and service I've received by management and maintenance on everything I have needed or requested since I moved in. All my maintenance requests were performed in a timely manner and to the highest professionalism by a truly knowledgeable team. Each time I reached out to management for any issue, I was met with concern and the utmost in customer service and care for my needs. I'm so glad I moved here!! It's been the best experience!

Very new-built and clean apartments. Plenty of facilities to make life easy and comfortable. Service team is responsible. Accept multiple ways for the rental payment.

We have enjoyed living here! Harbor Point is a great area with a lot of good restaurants and beautiful ocean views. Highlights of living at Harbor Landing: spacious apartments, great balcony, convenient garage parking, and quiet area!

Apartment is nice,size just smaller than I’m use to.It’s still new being from a southern state with a different outlook on social etiquettes from here.People here pass by have a forced to be nice vibe,neighbor stomps super loud above us constantly,hallway smells like pet urine,kids running down the hallway every now and then,neighborhood still is questionable to me,and people litter small stuff in the hall as if they were raised by parents who were careless.What can I say it’s apartment living.Concierge is pretty cool seen the same person for a min but the others are gone it seems,Amazon lockers are super convenient,the working fire pit is really nice( used it a few times),haven’t used the community room but seems nice,parking for the most part is okay,and a lot of what I drive to is close.Again it’s apartment living.All in all its not bad here apartment wise.

Lovely and amazing | the perfect pinnacle of luxury living that allowed my life to feel like it was worth living. Would love to continue my studies here at UConn Stamford.

My girlfriend and I entered into a lease agreement with this property. We went to drop off checks and pick up the keys the day prior to move-in. The leasing agent Steven showed us the unit and it was not in move-in condition. Steven returned us the two checks and indicated that the apartment would not be available on the lease start date and said a new agreement would need to be written. They refused to compensate us and lied about their own employee conduct and policies. Additionally, the units just aren't worth the money. Find a different apartment save yourself the headaches and gaslighting.

Wonderful community. Nice amenities. Gym, pool, grills. Drawback is the thin walls. You can hear your upstairs neighbor constantly or when your neighbors do their laundry.

We have lived here for 3+ years and i CAN NOT wait for our lease to be up. Once Lincoln Property stepped in (current management) everything has gone to crap. The maintenance of the property, the staff, the cleanliness etc. The garage doors & main elevator are broken more times than not, the front desk is often left unattended in the afternoon & at night with constant cigarette breaks (which often leaves the hallways/garages/lobby reeking of cigarette smoke) & visits from friends (which is fine if you want strangers wandering around where you live). The parking situation? Parking here costs $150+ BUT the front circle (which is clearly marked as 15 minute parking) is often filled with those who dont pay for parking & even better, people who dont live here (overnight guests with no passes & individuals who live in the apartments across the street). The garages for parking - theres no cameras for safety, theres rarely a spot for you (as sometimes people park in 2 spots) or kids like to ride their bikes in the garage leaving the opportunity for property damage. The cleanliness of the building/property is just awful. The amount of dog poop that covers the property is incredibly unsanitary & disgusting, the hallways are vacuumed 2x a week at most (not well), there are spiderwebs growing in all the corners and theres just dirt/dust piling up. Maintenance - super nice however, hopefully you can carve out a couple weeks to be without an appliance, cause thats how long it takes to get fixed - if they even come. While we have expressed our frustration numerous times to current management, we are often given the response (IF ANY) "thanks for bringing this to our attention, we will look into it" - and nothing. ever. happens. They rarely even acknowledge your emails. The pros of living here - for the most part, your neighbors are friendly (even if they dont pick up after their dogs), the morning front desk concierge is wonderful - he's always super nice to us and our dogs, the delivery guys (ups, fedex, usps) are great. Do yourself a favor and DONT rent here - Save yourself the headache and frustration.

I would recommend Harbor Landing to anyone looking for an alternative experience to home ownership. This has been a great stepping stone to apartment living.

Great value. Cute waterfront neighborhood that is well landscaped and kept trash-free. Would be great to have more social virtual events. I don't know any of my neighbors!

I would recommend because of the community's view of the harbor and restaurants. I would not recommend because of loud noise from apartment above.

This apartment complex is fantastic IF you’re deaf. It is insane how much you can hear through these paper walls. Footsteps from the residents above and next to you will actually drive you crazy given how thin the walls and floors are. I can’t tell you enough how many nights you’ll be woken up due to the amount of noise in these buildings. Not to mention the fact that nothing is done about the people who don’t even live here that crash the pool and grill area all the time. It’s a very nice complex, however it is very poorly run. If you have any intention of getting decent sleep, don’t.
