Weehawken is a relatively small city in Hudson County, overlooking the New York skyline. It contains the entrance point to the Lincoln Tunnel, providing additional routes into the city.
Both affordable and luxury apartments can be found along Park Avenue, which also houses some of the community’s best shopping experiences.
Lincoln Harbor is Weehawken’s business district – and it’s on the Hudson River. The city has many attractions, including panoramic view points from the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge to George Washington Bridge.
In addition to the tunnel, locals can commute into New York via the ferry – the ride is only a few minutes. Just like the cozy waterfront restaurants, residents enjoy summer concerts at Hamilton Park.

Property Ratings at Harbor 1500
The apartment is great, the location is awesome. We are only using gym facility, and it definitely can be taken care of better than it is right now. Yoga room (and mats there) are dirty, plus people are not returning the equipment after using it. The reception people are polite, definitely appreciate that. Maintenance comes quickly, but we had a problem with a dishwasher and every time they come and say it’s fixed now (the dishes are wet after the cycle) and every time it’s not. In general, all is good, but definitely some room for improvement. The price could have been better, too.

Wonderful. the Place is so enjoyable and the amenties are great. the Staff is great. The Builiding is well kept and really clean. The location of Harbor 1500 is great sometimes a littlle quiet but i think is what make this place unique.

I was extremely concerned about moving into an apt after 30 years of home ownership. I have been nothing but completely satisfied and genuinely happy. Great community with the exception of parking (the valets have damaged my car on multiple occasions) and water (frequent main breaks, issues with pressure and temperature)

I have been living here for over a year and the experience has been very poor... besides the air conditioning out of order every week, the fire alarms ringing almost every day when I moved in and the hot water running out in the whole building were nothing compare to the poor management team that manages the building.the staff lost my dry cleaning and gave all my clothes to another resident that kept them for more than 3 days without returning them. The concierge never checked if she was giving the clothes to the correct person and the management staff thought it was a honest mistake... that happened twice in a year.... I also requested a storage unit (most of them are not used) and it took the management team almost 2 months to give me a number of an available one. The experience has been poor and looking forward to moving when my lease is up in July 2021.

Thank you to Jaimy, Leasing and the rest of the property management for all your assistance to ensure that my move-in to the community was seamless as well as the rest of the community staff members and Propark. Although, I just moved in a few weeks ago, I feel right at home and thoroughly enjoying the community amenities and the neighborhood. Thank you to Harbor 1500.

The team at Harbor 1500 is nothing but accommodating especially Jamie, shes incredible. As new residents, she made our move-in process very simple. After we moved in, we absolutely cant get enough of our new apartment. Its gorgeous! (And so peaceful living by the water)

For the price you pay to rent in the bldg the respect and courtesy afforded the residents is subpar. Hot water cuts/disruptions are too often for the utility prices we pay with the rent. Much can be done to better the friendliness of some members of the staff for a better overall experience and environment. Valet parking has caused damage to customer vehicles with no accountability.

Harbor 1500 has been an incredible experience for me. I couldnt say enough great things about my apartment. The apartments are spacious with floor to ceiling windows providing a beautiful view of NYC! The rooftop is surreal and feels like youre living in a resort. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, convenient to all stores and restaurants.

Pros - great views, good location, nice neighbors, good onsite staff and maintenance, great amenities. Cons - building still working out issues from construction (fire alarms, water). Windows are not very well insulated and are very cold in winter. Patios dont drain and are an ice skating rink when it freezes, cold floors above parking. Would be nice to have a few visitor spots for parking.

What's more, friendly staff members make the move seamless and help to foster a sense of community in a location (NYC) that is typically difficult to do so in.

Building is in a great location but poor management. Enforces rules and essentially hires a bouncer to the building to resolve a few complaints early in the year (instead of addressing the problem directly to those that were causing the problem like the lease stated). Poor pool hours as well. Many tenants, myself included, would prefer to see the 'bouncer' money going to additional hours of the life guard so people can swim before/after work. No solution in sight about flooding on the patio and management's solution is they're giving me "free power washing" in a tone that I should feel grateful for.
