I absolutely love Hanover Turtle Creek—the finishes are high-end, the floor-to-ceiling windows are stunning, and the views are unbeatable. The amenities feel like a luxury resort, and the staff is always friendly and professional. David in particular was extremely warm,friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with easy access to the Katy Trail, shops, and great restaurants.

David is top-tier! When I Visited this property I had the pleasure of touring with David and he was so knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and took us through all the floor plans we wanted to see and more! This building feels like a 5-star hotel especially with Vallet right upon entry! The Units are Modern Luxury but model units give a great example of how warm and homie it can feel with furniture added. One of the best in Luxury in Dallas!

I Recently toured Hanover Turtle creek with Levi. This place is amazing! The views off the bat are insane. Not just from the units but from the top floor by the pool overlooking Dallas is incredible. Met some of the property management (Brandon and Juan) they’re both very helpful and good people. 5 stars!

Turtle Creek is a very beautiful property! Tour with Levi! He gave us a great showing of the units we wanted to see and even took us to the pool deck and through some of the Penthouse units. The views of downtown are incredible and has access directly to the Katy Trail from across the street. Property management was very nice and super informative on the spaces.

Staff is super nice I’m always greeted upon arrival by the concierge. My tour experience went very well, I toured twice. Once with Sarah and again with Courtney. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and respectful despite all my questions, which were all answered. It was a seamless process from start to finish and it continues to be one. Speaking as a resident the staff has continued to be amazing always respectful and ready to help with anything I may need. The location I have come to love as well there are plenty of places to eat and get coffee around. It is also very walkable and dog friendly.

The leasing staff is very polite and attentive. I like the proximity to Katy Trail. Higher floors have a nice view of downtown.

Levi’s tour of this highrise apartment complex was nothing short of impressive. The panoramic views, property management team, valet, and concierge services add convenience and class. These apartments truly set the standard for luxury living in Dallas. Ask for the VIP tour of the top floor amenities and penthouse units that nearing completion, and lock in your apartment quickly. These will not take long to lease up. The show floor allows you to see all typical unit types and schemes like an open house. It’s really a fun experience working with the property management staff identifying the perfect apartment for you. I have the weeks and months of my apartment, and look forward to meeting the new neighbors that are pouring in.

Toured Hanover Turtle Creek with Levi, and I was impressed! The location is great and the setting across from the park is lovely. I especially love the yard space for my dogs that come with some of the units. The property is well-appointed and stylish. The view from the pool deck is outstanding. I can’t wait to move in!

I had the opportunity to visit Hanover Turtle Creek to visit a family member and was blown away at the attention to detail with this building. Not only is it absolutely stunning inside and out but when you walk in it feels like you’re at a luxury hotel. The concierge staff was so friendly and helpful and all of the leasing staff were quick to introduce themselves and welcome me. If you have the chance to tour this beautiful property and meet the staff I can guarantee you’d immediately want to live here! Toured this property last weekend and was so impressed by the buildings finish out, amenities, and floorplans options. The roof top pool and gym are going to be very nice with amazing views. The Leasing team was so professional and kind (Courtney the Managers was super helpful). I would highly recommend this property, I've toured a lot in the area and this is one of the nicest, newer buildings in Dallas.

The property is beautiful! The neighborhood is quiet and close to Katy trail. Courtney the leasing agent (who should be part of the management team) is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and has a great personality! She’s very accommodating and has great suggestions for utilizing space. It has been great working with her so far.

Took a tour with David yesterday. I have to say from what o was able to see, beautiful community. He showed me a place for my pet that’s convenient and connected to a trail from the community. A beautifully staged 1 and 2 bedroom. Though the community it still in progress, I could actually see myself there thanks to him. 10s all around. My move is more in June and things should be all done by then. Can’t wait!
