My daughter has lived at Hanover 8th St. for 2 1/2 years and absolutely loves it! Her one bedroom apartment is decorated so pretty and she loves her balcony for soaking up sun! She also enjoys walking her dog near the Basilica and enjoying a Starbucks a short walk away!

Very accessible for walking, biking, or taking the metro. Walking in feels like you're arriving at a swanky hotel lobby. Everyone was nice, great vibes.

There’s so many buildings in DC labeled “luxury” that don’t look it at all. This place actually holds up to the standard! The apartments are so pretty with high ceilings, big kitchens, nice bathrooms and huge closets!

Can’t stop raving about this complex. Just moved into town, staff were super helpful with onboarding me and really took the time to show me the place. Rachel has taken the time to remember my dogs name and always is so nice and courteous—she’s been so helpful and made me feel at home. The amenities are great, my place was super clean when I moved in. Noise level is really quiet which is great because I work from home.

I have only been at 8th Street for a couple of weeks and I am already loving my new home! Bennett made the leasing process seamless and reassured any doubts I had. Could not recommend 8th Street enough!
Stopped by this community and it was beautiful! The leasing agent, Bennett, who toured me was so knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. He showed me some beautiful apartments and we were able to narrow down the options based on what I am looking for! If you’re looking for a new place in the DC area, this is definitely worth checking out!
This building is amazing. They even have a movie theater which is awesome. The leasing staff was so knowledgeable and kind. I worked with Caleb and he was great!

I find the unit floor plans very efficient and the decors pop. The entrances and amenities are dazzling - I’m always happy when I arrive. The leasing staff is brilliant and keen to go the extra-mile always. I’m a bit sad to say I’m sure they will all get promoted soon. I came by to take a tour and fell in love! This is in the perfect location by CUA and right next to the red line. I love that there are so many different floor plans, and the staff is so helpful in finding the perfect one to fit my needs. If you are looking for an apartment in the DMV, check it out!
