Overall, it has been a decent place to live. I have had a few issues with my apartment, but they have gotten fixed relatively quickly. The street noise is not ideal, but the neighbors are quiet and I do not have any problems with them!

love the space and floor plan. Front off is very friendly. The only annoyance i have is that the heater/ac can be a bit loud when it turns on while i'm watching tv.

The staff is great to work with although usually super busy. Maintenance comes with in 24 hours if not the same day. When something is broken they actively work on getting it fixed. The apartments are nice and spacious and the community is wonderful.

We’ve lived here for roughly 6 months and it’s the best place we’ve landed at. It’s so quiet here, the community is kind and peaceful. Next to a good grocery store and yummy restaurants. All of the staff are very sweet and accommodating.

Though there were some maintenance updates needed on day of move-in, the team was collaborative and quick to resolve them. Jessica from the office has been super lovely, and the maintenence crew members have been great! We have enjoyed our home at Hampton thus far!

I have had an amazing experience so far living here. The environment is always clean, the maintenance crew are just wonderful- they respond to maintenance requests swiftly, tackle the problem and follow up to make sure the issue is completely solved. My personal favorite is the management team. Those guys (ladies) are just phenomenal. Their smiles and warm attitude makes you feel very comfortable and easy to talk to. They are polite, accommodating and friendly.

Apartments are nice but heater and AC are too loud. Maintenance is great and responsive. Would love if they had recycling options but other than that, all good so far.

10/10 place to live. Great office staff, friendly maintenance, relatively quiet neighborhood. Issues are taken care of quickly.. I’ve tried to leave for 2 years now and they keep finding ways to keep me around. Would recommend as a place to live!

My wife and I love it here at Hampton Place! The grounds are extremely well cared for, the neighbors are actually neighborly and the staff is warm and wonderful! We had two minor maintenance issues just pop up (smoke detector and minor lighting issue) and the maintenance staff jumped all over it like it was some kind of a super high priority! We have never been in an apartment complex where our needs are taken care of with such care and priority. WOW!!!

I really love the space and updated kitchen in our apartment. The one thing that I don't love is all the extra random fees added on top of rent. The community is very nice though, and maintenance gets things done in a very quick and timely manner. The ladies who work at the front office are also very kind.

Clean, quiet neighborhood. Safe play space for children in the apartments and all around the area. Near stores and near access to highways is a win. Spacious apartments!

Quiet, clean and well kept complex. Parking is a bit tight at times for those that have a pickup truck. This would have been a 5 star except for the wasps. There are nests in the upper floor eves that need to be addressed.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help out with any questions or concerns. Most the tenants treat everyone with respect and are friendly, maintenance tries to get a problem fixed by the next day, but they are busy and I've never had a problem where it is not fixed within 48 hours. Love living here.

great but my upstairs neighbors can get really noisy an start sprinting around the apartment late at night or even early in the morning other than that its a great place to live

Very cute apartment and I love the community. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s so quiet and generally common areas are kept clean. Would have given 5 stars if people were held accountable for cleaning up after their dogs poo in the dog areas and near the sidewalks. Otherwise it’s a great place to live!

So beautiful and peaceful ! My favorite part is waking up to the birds singing every morning. The neighbors are polite and everyone is respectful about noise and the property itself. I am happy to be a resident at Hampton Place
Great apartment, kind community, beautiful neighborhood. We really love the proximity to hikes, sports, and everything downtown. Management has been very helpful and we’ve enjoyed working with them!

Great place to live and the location is super convenient, close to schools, freeway, grocery stores, etc. Management and maintenance teams are incredible!

Everything is well taken care of. Hallways and parking lots are free from debris. Pool area is always clean and rearranged in the mornings. Our apartment was perfect on move-in day.

everything seemed great to me. The facilities are super comfortable and clean, they love dogs, that seems perfect to me. Everything here is very quiet, I haven't had any problems.
