Property Ratings at Hamilton Gardens
I'm a single mother of four kids currently in a one bedroom apartment. I've tried looking for something bigger and affordable but haven't been able to. I've tried having a savings account but with being a single mother of four I find myself always having to go into the savings. Not being able to travel with the kids over the summer before back to school makes me feel as I'm letting them down. My oldest son is asthmatic with allergies to mold and roaches. Although there is no mold there are roaches, I try my best to keep them out but they just keep on coming from other apartments. My third to youngest is so afraid to go to the restroom at night because he is scared of seeing something crawling. The apartment complex is really old, super comes to fix something never really gets fixed correctly the first time always reoccurring. If I win this rent paid for a year, I will be able to save enough to be able to buy a house that we could make a home. Have the space and not worry about my kids health being in danger as well as unwanted tenants in my apartment.
