Weehawken is a relatively small city in Hudson County, overlooking the New York skyline. It contains the entrance point to the Lincoln Tunnel, providing additional routes into the city.
Both affordable and luxury apartments can be found along Park Avenue, which also houses some of the community’s best shopping experiences.
Lincoln Harbor is Weehawken’s business district – and it’s on the Hudson River. The city has many attractions, including panoramic view points from the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge to George Washington Bridge.

The management charges all kinds of fees not related to the lease. I am working with the NJ DA to resolve the terrible living environment. Elevators are always broken Air conditioning in public spaces is always broken The pool water is filthy Entry to the pool is not allowed when you pay fees, and there are too many guests

The elevators in building A are not functioning way too often. If one elevator is down there should be an effort to fix on one or two days. That had not been the case. This is a large building and we pay a lot in rent.

Too many emails!!!! It's overwhelming and not necessary. Another observation, people don't throw their garbage down the disposal which is unsanitary. Finally, many cars in the garage speed which can cause a serious accident.

I have lived here almost 5 years. I love Hamilton cove. It's a high end luxury apartment building. I have met life long friends. The management office is always very professional. The new manager Katelyn is extremely dedicated to making this place a great place to live. Everyone else in the office is great too. Maintenance is always on time and very knowledgeable on how to handle any issues. My apartment and views are the best. The pool is like a Resort . Louis the head front desk person is the best too. I plan on staying for many more years. My cats love it here too

Love the apartment but various issues with maintenance. Things are falling apart and no solutions provided. Overall still love living here though. Benefits outweigh drawbacks for sure.

My husband and I have just moved from our home in Rockland county to Hamilton Cove and couldn’t be happier! We arrived move in day to a beautifully clean apartment that was ready to be made in to our new home! Thank you to Rachel and Kevlin in the leasing office for making move in day so easy and seamless!

BBQs must be replaced. Apartment should be repainted in every second year. Less rent price. It’s quite except the light rail. Nice front desk

I guess, they should evaluate the current residents and prefer to keep them. All BBQ should be replaced. Apartments would be nice to repaint in every second year

I’ve had such a great experience living here so far! If I have have any maintenance request, they are super responsive and come within 24 hours.

The best thing about living here is the apartments themselves. This place has the potential to be amazing—it has everything it needs—but the execution falls short. The concierge is often absent at night, the gym equipment is frequently broken or out of order, and the event program has steadily declined since we moved in and needs a complete overhaul.

The building has been good. We enjoy it but very pricey which we don’t enjoy. Golf simulator in mediocre shape. Doesn’t work too well. Pools nice.

I really love it here in terms of the building, my apartment (feels like a brand new unit) how it’s maintained and the serenity and options for activities in the neighborhood. Only thing is I wish my neighbors dog would not be stationed by the door and back every time one walked by. I also would prefer not to go down to the ground floor when I have to dispose cardboards and packages

Hamilton cove is a great place to live. I have been here over 4 years and plan on staying longer. Everyone is professional ( management office , maintenance and my neighbors ). I love my apartment and the views are the best in the area. The gym and pool have a resort feel. I love living on the top floor and my two cats love it here too.

Every single person I've interacted with has been helpful and effective at their job. Love the building and the amenities. Great experience. The only thing the building is missing is a cold plunge and sauna.

Hamilton Cove is a fantastic place to live. I have been here for 4 years and have been very happy with everything so far. The views are amazing and the apartments are very modern. The Maintenance staff is very reliable. The front desk and management office are very courteous and professional at all times. I love my neighbors and the other residence. It's a friendly vibe here. I plan on staying . My cats love if here too . They spend their days watching the NYC skyline

Building and common areas are great. Staff are very professional and always helpful. Although the Amenity Fee is included in the rent(~$250-$300), you are still required to pay extra to use amenities. Functional amenities (golf sim) only work 25% of the time.

We have been in the building for 2 years and it is nice. The staff is helpful but with such expensive rents I wish they didn’t try to up charge on things like common rooms, etc.
