Situated on the corner of Raymond Blvd and Halsey St, the building is conveniently located within 5 minutes from Military Park, Prudential Center, Rutgers University, NJPAC, and local transit stops. Additionally, Halston Flats is surrounded by diverse eateries including Fresh Coast, Kung Fu Tea, Panda Express and Whole Foods. Each flat is constructed with 12-foot ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, artistic ceramic tiles, as well as modern kitchens and baths. This Renaissance apartment building is a unique addition to the Business District and offers local housing with superb amenities for busy professionals, students, and families alike. Monthly rent includes water, sewer, garbage disposal, and use of amenities if any. The tenant is liable for all utilities servicing their apartment.
