Halstead Providence

I have lived here for more than three years and I love it. Concierge, Maintenance, Management, Cleaning staff have all dealt with many difficult situations with professionalism and proficiency. Admittedly, there were major issues with heating, and hot water this year, a situation that can occur in any rental property, and I feel that the staff was not only sensitive to the situation, but created as many avenues as they could to make the situation tenable while the issues were being resolved. I cannot say enough good about my experience here.

Too many issues with HVAC. Problems have occurred in Summer and Winter months for extended periods of time. Management did not provide timely updates regarding repairs.

I am really enjoying living here! It's nice living in a community of people. And I love the game room, dog park, the community events, the free dog treats/ cleanup bags, and the beautiful interior design of Halstead.

So far a good move in experience, the grounds are clean, the stuff was super helpful and the ambiance of the place is amazing. Almost a week in and happy thus far.

Our residence experience has been amazing. Loved every second! We love Halstead!! Our pet hamster, Butter, also loves Halstead. She is very happy here!!

Wish more handicap accessible doors were around, the south entrance and work space/amenity areas included. The garage ones are slow but at least fixed. Bathrooms and kitchens are a coin toss if they are modernized/upgraded. Some units are not caught up to others. Also miss the community tables at each elevator floor. Now people leave items on the ground for swaps. It's messy. Would love for more neighbor events. Been here for a bit and only know a few dog owners. Everyone seems to treat this as "I am a resident but everyone else is a hotel guest/temporary". Would love a more welcoming community. Staff are great, big shout-out for Paige in the office and Henry in maintenance, the entire maintenance team is perfect tbh. Amenities are nice but need more thought. A room to be rented for events like othe associations. Great views and perks.

I like the activities that the place where I live does from time to time, the surprise gifts, the fact that they care about the necessities of living together.

I've had a great experience living at Halstead Apartments in Providence. The community is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues I've had were handled quickly and professionally. The property manager is fantastic. He is always responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure residents have a positive experience. The staff as a whole is great, making this a smooth and enjoyable place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment in the area!

I absolutely love this complex! Rooms are amazing, and there are so many amenities. From the gym to the golf simulation to the friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

The staff at the Halstead are great as are the amenities and neighborhood. The two bedroom apartments are spacious with lots of closet space. The kitchen is of relatively good size for an apartment.

So happy with my decision to go with Halstead Providence, the team is amazing and has made me feel like this is my home. Looking forward to trying out the golf simulator.

I absolutely love this building! Not only is it clean and well maintained but the staff is exceptional. They truly go above and beyond and were extremely welcoming to me. I also love the gym here!

We recently toured an apartment, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Patrick was so kind and attentive, and really listened to what our needs were. Everything was beautiful, clean, and felt so safe and like we could make a home there.

Love the building and facilities so much! The only things that has been annoying is that someone on my floor continues to take out wet laundry and put it on top of the washer. I’ve seen this happen about 4 times since moving in a month ago.

Just moved in and had a few issues with some appliances, maintenance was in our apartment before we finished moving in that day! Loving the building

Great building with amazing amenities. My only complaint is that the "secure parking" is always open. The gate to go in is constantly up allowing anyone to walk in or drive in.

Everything has been great! The building is always up to date and being taken care of. Maintenance team is timely and nice. I enjoy being here!

The Halstead is a fantastic community with excellent amenities. My apartment is virtually soundproof--I can rarely hear my neighbors at all--and having covered parking is amazing in the winter!

I moved in last October and have been loving my experience so far! Everyone living and working in the building are so friendly and nice. I only have good things to say about the apartment and would highly recommend choosing to move-in!

Decent property and great amenities. New gym with diverse workout machine/equipment. A heat indoor pool and a golf simulation room. Convenient located - near the mall, train station, highways, and 15min to the airport. The rent is also reasonable for RI State and for this neighborhood.

I’ve had a frustrating experience living at Halstead Providence. The electric cooktop in the apartment is small and extremely slow, making cooking a hassle. More concerning, however, is the management’s rigid policies. I needed to sublease my unit while traveling, but they did not allow it. Additionally, I informed them four months in advance that I planned to move out just 12 days before my lease ended, yet they still required me to pay rent through the very last day. There was no flexibility or consideration, even with ample notice. If you’re looking for an apartment with reasonable policies and better amenities, I’d suggest looking elsewhere

I just moved in this week! My unit was clean with everything working. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't hear my neighbors at all. Great amenities too.

Great accommodations, wonderful staff, and a welcoming community with engagement. We love that everything is through our phones for access, the building is secure, and move in was a breeze.

We have only been living here for a couple weeks but we feel so comfortable and happy. The whole building is very friendly and clean with so many amenities to enjoy that can fill out a whole weekend. Olivia was such wonderful help during our move in process and everything felt pretty seamless. We are so happy to be here!

It's the best apartment I've ever lived in. Everyone in the apartment is so friendly as well. The best part is that it's so clean and organized

The amenities are fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful! Everything being keyless makes moving in so easy, and the laundry machines are controlled by an app- way better than using quarters!

Move in went smoothly. Apartment was freshly painted and sparkling clean. Staff were very helpful when questions were asked. The Dollie’s supplied are great for groceries or carrying anything heavy from your car

Halstead is a great complex with wonderful amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful. The units are very spacious, I do wish the kitchens were more updated, but overall amazing!

Move-in was smooth. Staff was great! Use of Latch app was very helpful, so I didn’t have to make the trek to the front door to give access for internet installatio.

Going into my sixth month and nothing but positive things to say. The property and amenities are top notch, management is very responsive and you can't beat the location.

The whole move in experience was seamless and Olivia couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process. My new place was spotless upon move in, the loading dock reserve at a timeframe convenient for me, and the walkthrough of amenities very informative. Can’t wait for my next year at the Halstead to see what new experiences it brings!

I just moved here from out of state and so far the process has been smooth sailing! The apartment was updated and extremely clean soon entry and they left me a Rhode Island coaster set as a gift. The amenities are well kept up and the staff is attentive.

The pool is a wonderful amenity, and the heated features allow for year-round enjoyment. The community spaces are also quite impressive. Love the building.

Love the place only issue I had was on move in day, we were only given a 2 hour window to use the dock. We did not have a lot of time. Apartment was nice and clean however, a couple lights are broken and I do not like that the shower in the master bed room I can’t take the bar down to adjust and the shower head is not good. Other than that I love it. The staff are awesome.

Went the whole Summer without central AC in my unit. They were supposed to fix it but having been "waiting on a part" for months. Everything else is pretty good.

Phenomenal amenities and staff! I find the spaces to be a good value relative to similar options in the area. I highly recommend considering the Halstead as your home base in PVD.
