The staffs at Halstead have been really helpful since the first time I did the tour of the property. Kaylynn, and AJ are the two who patiently responding to every questions and issues I have had prior to my move in day and during my first month living there. so far I enjoyed my apartment. I like how close it is to the main road but also quiet at night. I had some issues with trash and cardboards pick ups but thanks to the responsive staffs, all were taken care of.

I love living here. Staff is amazing, especially the prompt, efficient, and friendly maintenance workers. The surrounding areas are rich with activities, including dining, shopping (in various shopping centers and a mall), and two movie theaters within 1.5 miles. It is so easy to walk to all of those places Still wish there was a bike rack!

My partner, cat and I are having a great time here :) Maintenance has been on top of everything and I have no complaints! Although we initially weren’t a fan of the all carpeted floors the joy of living here has put aside those feelings. Location is also great. I love being able to walk to restaurants and stores near by.

This apartment complex has become a lot better due to new management. Hopefully the fixing of old issues continues so that this complex becomes safe.

A wonderful place to live! Maintenance is great, always responding quickly. The office staff and manager Donna will do anything to help and are always friendly and courteous. The grounds are always kept well maintained and improvements are done on a regular basis. I've lived here for a long time and will continue to do so.

Everything was clean and in great condition upon move in. We’ve had no issues with noise, safety, etc. Other residents and the community in general seem pleasant.

It was pleasant. Office was prompt with everything. Maintenance was top notch. They always came really quickly and got apartment issues resolved. I wish they let us use Ring cameras though.

It’s very comfortable and easy living here. My apartment is the perfect location for me. The entire staff is very resident friendly and they go above and beyond expectations. They care about the needs and well being of the residents. The communication is great. The grounds are well kept so I feel proud when I have visitors. They do extra nice activities for the residents. Maintenance is outstanding. My family really appreciates the amenities. This place was the right choice for me.

Very laid back and relaxed community. Great amenities and location! Noise levels are mostly low except for the occasional siren from emergency vehicles on the main road. Overall would recommend!

So far it's been good. The area is nice and mostly quiet. However at night it's very loud and specially when ambulances and fire trucks come by, it gets very loud.

Just moved in a few days ago, and so far so good! The apartment was not what we expected unfortunately; some appliances that need to be replaced, walls not painted well, etc. However, the balcony is so beautiful! Thanks to Farae and the front desk staff for helping us move in and answer all of our questions! I wish management was as friendly as the staff!

I just signed my lease for a third year here. I love the amenities and the location. Management is responsive and so is maintenance. My only issue it that my unit has had many maintenance issues and currently our dryer desperately needs to be replaced.

I love living at Halstead because of the quietness and cleanliness. I appreciate that when our roads started to become weathered, construction was here shortly after to fix them! There’s always an event to attend here or a new food truck to try!

Everything is good and staff is very familiar. Pool, gym, yard and other services is very good. I am almost here one week. I am very safe here.

I feel so cozy in our apartment and feel as though I'm really creating a home. So far in our few months of living here we've had to call for maintenance once and they were prompt and seamless. The property managers (Angel in particular) are so sweet and accommodating. I would recommend living here!

Really enjoyed living here. Sometimes the area is too crowded like the nearby roads. And the roads can be super loud too. Nice amenities though.

Honestly I lived here for over a year- and reluctantly renewed my lease recently due to it being more convenient to just deal with the list of issues I have then uplift my life and routine- and at first Halstead was everything I was looking for when considering where to live- it’s gone down hill drastically with recent dog attacks, car thefts and vandalism, hordes of children left unattended running wild, destructive, and aggressive in all of the common areas including the gym, pool, and social areas where no others can enjoy the amenities that we have to pay lump sum fees for but can never enjoy- all issues have been brought to the attention of the leasing office by myself and other long stay tenants with no change, the benefits are the staff are very personable and kind, the events and parties and gifts are appreciated, but I can no longer say this feels luxury when I feel like the entire community is nothing more than an elementary school playground and crime is on the rise

I have been living here for a little over a year now, and it has been great! I honestly don't have anything negative to say about my experience here. Sometimes the construction can get in the way, but they’re bettering the complex. Highly recommend living here.

The area is nice, and the sidewalks are walkable. There's a lot of areas that can be reached with walking. However, it's not as sound isolated as our last apartment complex.

Constant construction going on so it's very loud. Maintenance is super quick though. A bit pricey for how old the buildings are. But overall a good place to live

Overall a great experience here. We love the complex and the community. The main issues here are parking. Sometimes you can't even find a spot at noon on a weekend. Other issues include high and climbing rent, as we have never missed a payment and still have our rent raised on us. Other than that, great place to live.

Great management team from the front office to maintenance all tens straight across the board! Prime location you can get lost and find your favorite place to shop or pace to eat just amazing!

I could not ask for a better apartment community than this one. The staff here is by far the best I’ve ever encountered and I’ve moved around a lot. They treat you with respect and understanding. I really enjoy all the events they put on and it is a great way to meet your neighbors. I highly recommend checking out the Halstead if you are looking for a place to move in.
