We will not be renewing our lease here due to people being disrespectful of volume at the pool at night. We wake up at 5am. If it was them, they would be annoyed too. I wish there was clear hours about noise. We understand it’s summer, but to be woken up by loud screams is extremely disrespectful to those who also live in this community. These people also let their guest take up our parking spaces as I’ve seen them use their parking sticker to let others in. They also not mindful of picking up after themselves so the shared space is not always kept clean. Very disappointed because the apartment itself is very nice and a good space to live in if it wasn’t for external factors.

I think in general the building is great, although I think sometimes the halls are clean, and lot of people are smoking weed. The building is very calm and feels safe. But it is important to note that there are some drug dealers in the corner of our building which makes it dangerous.

Moving in has been amazing. Everyone is so helpful. The place is gorgeous, and this is the first apartment that literally smell good everywhere you walk. I’ve been in so many luxury apartments that smell funny or flat out stink. From the hallways to elevators to even the fitness center it feels clean and smells fresh and I love that.

Lovely complex, great staff (both leasing office and maintenance). Whenever I put in a maintenance order, they get to it immediately. I love having that reliability. I’ve met some neighbors, they’re nice and polite in the hallways. Clean hallways most of the time, and if it’s not, it’ll get cleaned soon after I notice it.

Apartments are modern and look very nice and they have a very cool sky deck. The gym is really nice and a good size with good machines. Pretty much all you need for an apartment. Very close to DT Dallas.

There's a few things that could be improved around the complex like security and accessibility, also cleanliness, tenants allow their pets to relieve themselves in the halls and don't clean it up. Office staff is friendly and helpful and will usually get someone to clean up after it's reported.

I really do love living at Hall Street Flats. My apartment is so spacious and has great amenities. There are small things here and there that annoy me, but I have to believe that is true for any apartment

I just resigned my lease because I absolutely love it here! Our apartment is so large and we do not pay absurd pricing for it. My only complaint is that the garage gates are constantly having issues

So far, i love it here. The staff is great, Boston is the best. Gym facilities are always clean and so are the elevators and the rest of the amenities.

I have just moved in and it has been an amazing experience so far. The pool is lovely, the gym has all the equipments needed and the security is pretty good as well.

Saw a resident leave dog poop in the hallway. The build of apartments seems solid. Maintenance has been responsive and the apartment seemed decently cleaned before moving in.
