Very smooth move-in process. The staff is very resourceful and eager to help. The apartment is clean and very new. Wegmans is within walking distance and so is my job, so the location is perfect.

This is a really great community to live and thrive in. It is clean, safe, friendly, and very convenient. My only comment could be to add a receptionist to the Flats. Would be safer in an emergency and easier to address needs of Flats residents.

So far the apartments is good except for some things that should have been fixed before move in. My car also got towed because I wasn't given a sticker or explained how the parking works.

I think Bozzuto is doing a good job managing Haden! The resident events are getting better, i.e. Resident Appreciation Day was well done and the staff did an amazing job with the decor, setup, engaging residents with fun games, etc. We all felt appreciated! Thank you all!

I love living here and being a part of the Haden community. The staff are all friendly and professional; they quickly respond to our needs and concerns. The property is well maintained. My only concerns are, the occasional times when music is played or left on throughout the day and into the night. The sound reverberates in the courtyard which can be a bit annoying. Also, love the fact that we have beautiful gathering places, e.g., rooftop pool area and again, the courtyard. Wish fellow residents would consider toning the celebrations down after 11:00 pm for those residents who may have to work the next day.
Amazing people who live and work here! Everyone makes you feel at home, both buildings are clean and have great amenities. Everyone is always ready and willing to help get any issues resolved.

After living in my leased apartment for a year, I can confidently say it has been a positive experience overall. The property has proven to be comfortable and well-maintained, with management consistently responsive to any maintenance requests or concerns. The amenities, such as the gym and common areas, have added great value to my daily life, making it convenient and enjoyable. One of the highlights has been the sense of community among the residents. From casual greetings in the hallways to organized events, I’ve had the chance to connect with neighbors, creating a welcoming environment. The location has also been ideal, providing easy access to work, grocery stores, and leisure activities. That said, there have been a few minor challenges, such as occasional noise or parking availability, but these have been manageable and promptly addressed by management. Overall, my first year has been a great balance of comfort, convenience, and positive living experiences.

It’s been nice overall :) We did had some issue with one of the event (thanksgiving dinner) not planned well, the timings were off, food was finished, it was really confusing for everyone as to where it was.

Our sixth year as a Haden resident has been one of the most happy, comfortable and convenient living environment for both my adult daughter and me. Due to our physical limitations, Haden Management, Staff and many residence have always been kindly understanding to our limitations as well as respectful. Everyday routines are always greeted with welcome smiles, greetings and offering assistance whenever I am at the Lobby/Elevator. Even with a few unexpected bumps during our move in day, this was an easy and go with the flow move! We had a great time meeting friendly residents and staff during our move in! The maintenance team is what makes Haden a great place. Thai, Dennis and Owen are so lovely and get everything done so quickly and easily. Thai is genuinely the best. The property is great and easy to get everywhere.

I’ve lived here since July 2018 and continue to love living here. It is beautiful, my neighbors are friendly, the maintenance folks are skilled and speedy, and the administration outstanding! You should report this to your building management so they can inspect and repair the system. 2. Elevator Temperature: If the elevator is hot, it may not have adequate ventilation or cooling. This could be dangerous and should be reported immediately to building management for inspection and potential installation of better ventilation or cooling systems. 3. Noise from Apartment AC: If the air conditioning units in the apartments are making too much noise when the hallway AC is on, this could indicate a problem with the system design or installation. You may need to discuss this with the management or a professional HVAC technician to identify the cause and find a quieter solution.

Everything is pretty good. One concierge that works during the weekend is so rude and mean but other than that I love it. Haden is a cool place to live I wish there were more events and things to do every week. Wine nights, family nights, etc.

I recently moved into Haden and my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent! The leasing office staff and property managers have been professional, nice, and very responsive. The maintenance staff is also very timely and competent, coming within the hour of putting in a request for service.

It’s been amazing so far ! I wish there was a dog grooming station to help with the dogs like most other apartments have but hoping one may turn up in a future project from you all . Besides that everything has been good .

We moved in yesterday and the concierge was a reliable help in answering questions and providing guidance - we met the GM because we were parked in a fire lane and she was very professional, kind, and helpful. Coming from Idaho, where people are so mean to “outsiders”, it was more than we hoped for!

This place is nice and spacious. The location is amazing. My only compliant is how expensive parking is and we need a dog park or dog spa. Besides that for the area this place is really nice.

My husband and I have really enjoyed living at Haden this past year so much so that we resigned. The only issue we have been having is the lack of EV chargers. But besides that everyone is really friendly!

We lived there for several years, property location is great and the apartment itself was nice, but the traffic noise is really bad and also a constant smell of marijuana and cigarettes day and night even though its a smoke-free building. Elevators were constantly being worked on. There isn't much street parking and they charge a lot for garage parking. Residents seldom picked up after their dogs outside and dogs constantly used the stairwell and garages to pee in. Lots of better properties nearby
