Mobile App Relaunch Adds Unit Detail, Pricing Transparency, and In-App Leasing Tools

Apartments.com has relaunched its mobile app with expanded functionality to help renters explore listings and submit leads. Updated features include comprehensive detail about individual units, as well as all-in pricing, tour scheduling, and the ability to apply directly from the listing.

The updated listing experience gives renters access to more complete unit-level information, along with a more visual media gallery that includes photos, videos, and 3D tours. These updates help renters better evaluate both the community and specific units.

The improved app also brings Apartments.com’s price transparency features into the mobile experience. Renters can now view total pricing, including required fees, earlier in the search process as they compare available options.

In addition, the updated app includes seamless access to tour scheduling and Apply Now features. These tools let renters move from browsing a listing to booking a tour or starting a rental application from directly within the app.
