Matterport Media Add-On Expands Access to 3D Tours

A new Matterport media add-on from Apartments.com gives eligible multifamily advertisers access to professionally produced Matterport 3D tours for their property listings.

Matterport 3D tours offer an immersive and interactive way for renters to explore a unit or common space. With this add-on, apartment communities can rely on a CoStar professional photographer to record tours for their listing.

The launch also includes self-service scheduling capabilities, allowing eligible customers to coordinate media shoots directly within the Apartments.com Customer Portal.

Self-service Matterport 3D tours will continue to be available through the Matterport Max advertising package, which includes a Matterport camera for property teams to record an unlimited number of tours on their own.

Matterport 3D tours on Apartments.com help prospective renters evaluate a space. They provide room measurements, floor plan visualization, and interactive navigation.
