Football season kicked off this fall, but it’s not just athletes scoring touchdowns this year. Thirteen lucky winners emerged as multifamily champions in Apartments.com’s fall football giveaway.
Ten apartment communities received a cool grand to throw their residents a party, while three property managers scored $2,000 to watch their favorite teams play live. The Tailgate to Touchdown contest ran from September through October.
Meet the winning communities
These 10 lucky communities scored a Tailgate to Touchdown party. To celebrate their residents, each property received $1,000 and Apartments.com swag galore:

- Jonathan Cameron at Executive House in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

- Tiffany Fox at Spring Lake Apartments in Granger, Indiana
- Christy Holder at Expo at Forest Park in St Louis, Missouri
- Nicholas Lang at StoneHorse at Wandermere in Spokane, Washington
- Samantha Nosal at The Glenbrook at Rocky Hill in Rocky Hill, Connecticut
- Veronica Santos at Tacara Steiner Ranch in Austin, Texas
- Nancy Zavaleta at Roberts K-Town Hoover in Los Angeles, California
3 property staff score the grand prize
Three winners emerged from nearly 6,000 entries to claim the top prize: an opportunity to watch their favorite sports team play live. These onsite staff members each received a Ticketmaster gift card worth $2,000.
Grand-prize winner Racquel Armendariz couldn’t believe the news when she heard that she had won. With a gift card for two grand in tickets, the property manager at Copperstone Apartments in Las Cruces, New Mexico, now has the opportunity cheer on her favorite team in person.
Elizabeth Garcia was also a winner. Representing Miramar Apartments in Anaheim, California, the property manager was thrilled to win the $2,000 gift card.
And last but not least, Bambi Williams scored the final touchdown. She was the third participant to take home the $2,000 grand prize. She is the property manager for Eleven35 Apartments in Melbourne, Florida.
