Among hundreds of entries in the May giveaway, three communities emerged as the lucky winners.
Waterside Village is a mid-rise apartment community in Richmond, Texas. Built in 2017, this 246-unit community in the Houston suburbs offers its residents one- and two-bedroom apartments. True to the name, the community features a resort-style pool to beat the Texas heat.
Odessa at the District is a mid-rise apartment community in Westminster, Colorado. Built in 2019, this 120-unit community just outside of Denver offers residents a variety of community amenities that range from an onsite fitness center and pickleball courts to a roof terrace.

Arbour Commons is a garden-style apartment community in South Jordan, Utah. This 394-unit property is just outside of Salt Lake City. Built in 2014 on nearly 30 acres, the spacious, low-density community offers mountain views from its apartments, which range from studios to three-bedroom residences. Amenities include a pool, game lounge, and dog park.
