I like everything about Grove Park. From my initial research, it seemed to be best value for the higher end communities. I am most happy with how the grounds and amenities are maintained. We have access to some really nice perks (pool, gym, clubhouse, dog park) that are not offered at other places.

Community is good, area is good as well common areas. The sales or marketing girl is super nice and helpful, very professional, but the manager was rude, Hard to communicate concerns to her. First complaint I shared with her about my apartment condition and she offer to cancel my contract instead of offering help to fix it. Disappointing.

My husband and I have lived here two years and during our time, we’ve had multiple issues including uninterested and unmotivated management teams, incredibly loud neighbors (stomping at all hours of the day), and no air multiple times (we’re currently going on 18 days with no air). My husbands truck was vandalized this week with a hole filled into his fuel tank. Administration and maintenance teams do not coordinate or communicate well which only hinders the resident. This is very unfortunate since I’ve lived here twice before with no issues. Grove park has negatively impacted our quality of living!

Grove Park staff has been curteous and extremely helpful throughout the entire process from first meeting them, up until now. Hollis and Loren in the front office did everything they could to get my unit secured in a timely fashion and made the move in process uneventful and as easy as possible. I toured several other apartment communities in Columbus, GA and they all paled in comparison to Grove Park.

I was promised to be able to look at a two bedroom two bath and was turned around! When they had one they could of showed. Gas prices are high and it was a waste of time. Unprofessional and disappointed!

We have lived here 1 1/2 yrs and it is one of the best apt communities we have lived at. I would recommend to family and friends. I enjoy living here and having a garage is awesome I just wish I could bring my small camper here instead of having to store it off site.

The move in experience went well. Christina was very helpful from application to move in. It was the best moving experience ever. The property is very pretty, quiet and secure. Living at Grove Park has been a pleasant experience.

Grove Park is a nice community and very well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and made my experience from the first day easy and pain free. I would recommend this community to anyone.
