I have been living at Grove Central Residences for the last 6 months, and I am extremely impressed with the level of service provided by the maintenance team, concierge, and management. The maintenance team is always prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. A special shoutout to Maykel, who provided exceptional service when I had an issue with my microwave. He not only resolved the problem within the same day, but also followed up to ensure everything was working perfectly. The concierge team is always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome every time I come home. The management team has incredible energy very receptive, welcoming, and responsive. Overall, the excellent service and dedication of the staff make living here a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

I am thrilled with my experience at Grove Central. This goes beyond just being my home, it's a daily living experience you never want to end. The amenities, location, and doorstep convenience are truly invaluable. With a train transportation line to Brickell, an enjoyable walk to Coconut Grove Village, and grocery options like Sprouts and Target right in the building, it's incredibly convenient. How amazing is that! The community and quality of residents are stellar. Above all, the leasing team and building management treated us like family – their warmth and welcoming nature are why I feel right at home. The entire team does a great job of making the move-in experience and maintenance requests as efficient as possible. With daily changes and improvements in this luxury building, this will become nothing short of a prime-time residence in Miami.

Nice building but they use a horrifying package delivery service called Fetch that is universally loathed. Amazon prime that would arrive next day can be delayed UP TO A WEEK. unacceptable

Foremost, the remarkably friendly staff is a standout feature. The bay’s breathtaking views are truly incredible, and I particularly relish watching sailboats from my kitchen island. The expansive vistas bring delight from nearly every room. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the attentive staff, who welcomed me warmly.
