Maintenance does not come 3 weeks and still waiting. Roaches and mice. Disorganized in plowing including sidewalks. You clean your area be prepared to buy your own salt, they do not salt the ice. All I can say is summer time stays clean and cut outside. I think if there were no family owned homes that would have not been done either. Make this your last resort seriously.

Not the best
It's a low income based apartment. I've bin living here for over 17 years raising my three kids. It's a 3 bedroom 1 bath , small kitchen and living room.
