Top floor 1 bedroom was great, high ceilings and granite kitchen. Walk in shower in every apartment is crazy. But the space is the best, biggest floor plans I have seen. Really cool

Lovely place, great grounds and team. Out of all the places I’ve toured this is really nice and so welcoming! Apartments are really big and great quality inside. I loved doing the tour and seeing it inside .

Very good tour and great community. The gym was quite nice and spacious and has everything I would need. Pool is nice too. I got a really good feeling being here, feels welcoming and clean

I have been a resident here for 6 years. I love living here - very quiet, well-maintained, the office and maintenance staff are great. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

I have lived here for 7 years, and this has been a wonderful home for me and my daughter. Always been very well kept, quiet and friendly, and just overall a pretty community.

Very very nice complex! The location is awesome, everything is close by. The actual apartments are super nice with the biggest floor plans and square footage. Very impressed .

Truly have loved it here! Great neighborhood, neighbors and staff! The extra space in the apartment is wonderful, allowing me to work from home and feel like a home!

We have lived here, going on 6yrs. We love the people and how beautiful it is. We love how great the staff is. Raquel is perfect as the Apartment Manager. She runs a tight ship and Diana. ,Alex, and Oscar are so great!!! I tell people all the time to come live here!

Fantastic place to live. They need more lighting on the wall coming down the hallway stairs. Overall one of the best experiences in our apartment complex I've ever had.

Just moved in June! It’s been very nice, and intentionally designed for easy access to mailboxes and dumpster, which stays so clean! Another random nice thing I liked is that the gate doesn’t remain open for long so no one can sneak in behind you, so it makes me feel safe! It is quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors above me. Everyone is friendly! Really enjoying it!

Amazing location, super close to Starbucks and stores, did not know they were located here, very private and quiet, but nice and pretty. The actual community is beautiful like a resort

We love it here. We’ve been here for eight years and love the community and location. The space is amazing for the two of us and our little dog Maintenance staff gets any issue resolved quickly.

I've been living at Greystone Summit for some time now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever lived in. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the professional and friendly leasing team who made the process smooth and stress-free. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained with high-quality finishes. I love the open floor plan, granite countertops, and ample storage space. The community is beautifully landscaped, and it’s always a pleasure to walk around or relax by the pool or clubhouse. Maintenance is fast, efficient, and courteous—they really care about residents and keep everything in excellent condition. The amenities here are top-notch: the gym is well-equipped, the pool area feels like a resort, and the business center and community events add a nice touch of convenience and connection.

Such a nice community and place I really loved the location of these apartments, so close to everything so many restaurants and any stores you need on Market Place. Beautiful entrance I love all the greenery.

10 out of 10. Everything from the office staff and maintenance to my wonderful neighbors have been nothing but great. I’ve lived here about 4 years and have had a fantastic experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for not only a great apartment but great customer service too.

Awesome community, saw the pool and the gym was perfect, lots of equipment and clean. The whole property was very clean and neat, perfect place to live.

Totally beautiful property, the apartaments are big and spacious, best floor plans i have seen and torres. Even after going to see other apartments, came back without a doubt.

No doubt in my mind this is the community for me! Does not compare to other places, you just cant beat the square footage, and everyone in the office has been great, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Greystone Summit community is one of the best communities I have lived in. The residents, staff, and management are the best. The amenities, layout, location, and upkeep are 10 out of 10.

Wonderful place! Loved the tour, saw 1 bedroom with sunroom, space is great! They only have one apartment to show, which is great because they stay full, usually actually nothing to see at all. Family oriented and girl in the office was helpful.

Good team, they always work with me and maintenance team is quick. I love living here and our apartment is a great size and awesome location. We are renewing for another year and are so happy here.

Loved it! I toured a 1 bedroom with a deck and totally fell in love, beautiful floor plan and the size is amazing. The kitchen is very nice and lots of cabinet space, granite and stainless steel.

Wonderful apartment, toured 1 bedroom with patio, gorgeous floor plan. Apartment is big, lots of space. Really cozy and comfortable, kitchen is pretty and love the granite, great option!

Everything’s been fine here. Maintenance and office staff are great to work with. They complete tasks quickly. The apartment layout is spectacular. If I ever move to a house I want it to be just like this.
