Wonderful place, truly liked the apartments and the floor plans, love the space and nice gym. The feeling at the community is very comfortable and welcoming

Great place to live - quiet and well-maintained. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful! Close to hospital, doctors, shopping, restaurants, etc. Love living here.

Very nice and clean and large floor plans. Lots of space and I thought the apartments inside were super nice. Walk in shower was a huge plus and I like that it has an office desk already there in the sunroom.

Super nice and big apartments, prices are very fair for the space that you get. I LOVED the 2 bedroom I toured, looking to move next year. Very nice landscaping, feels very clean and neat.

So nice, such a hidden gem, i didnt even know they were located here, such a good location close to everything, but not right on the road like every other place, feels so private

I loved my 2 bedroom apartment tour the apartment was huge, the suave is unbelievable, and the kitchen was so pretty with granito. Grounds were perfectly clean and neat

What a nice location, close to the 400 but really tucked away so it feels very private, and quiet and clean property. Apartment was huge.

We truly do love it here. The 2 bedroom apartment layout and space is spectacular. Only thing is I would make the kitchen brighter with white cabinets. We love this place and neighborhood.

Recently moved in it was a great experience and everything was clean ,the neighbors I’ve met have been nice , and the office and maintenance team have been really helpful

Great staff, clean surrounding, beautiful amenities and the nicest community of neighbors. For the 5 years we’ve been here my family has been happy. Living across the park where families play is great

my time here has been great so far, it is super quiet and relaxed, which is great for me and my son. The apartment is clean and very spacious, the playground is wonderful and there are often other kids for him to play with, we haven’t tried the pool yet, but it looks very clean and enjoy that there is a baby pool area

Apartment was not clean when I got here, I cleaned a lot, but they immediately came in to clean the areas I hadn't got to when I mentioned it

Wonderful community, I loved the apartment i saw!!! So beautiful and so much space. The sunroom was huge and everything just seems great quality and like a home, not a small box. Exterior was clean and beautiful.

I was surprised how big the floor plans were, biggest bedrooms i have toured. Beautiful kitchen with granite, and the community is very pretty, clean, welcoming, just Beautiful

Top floor 1 bedroom was great, high ceilings and granite kitchen. Walk in shower in every apartment is crazy. But the space is the best, biggest floor plans I have seen. Really cool

Very very nice complex! The location is awesome, everything is close by. The actual apartments are super nice with the biggest floor plans and square footage. Very impressed .

We have lived here, going on 6yrs. We love the people and how beautiful it is. We love how great the staff is. Raquel is perfect as the Apartment Manager. She runs a tight ship and Diana. ,Alex, and Oscar are so great!!! I tell people all the time to come live here!

Fantastic place to live. They need more lighting on the wall coming down the hallway stairs. Overall one of the best experiences in our apartment complex I've ever had.

Just moved in June! It’s been very nice, and intentionally designed for easy access to mailboxes and dumpster, which stays so clean! Another random nice thing I liked is that the gate doesn’t remain open for long so no one can sneak in behind you, so it makes me feel safe! It is quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors above me. Everyone is friendly! Really enjoying it!

Amazing location, super close to Starbucks and stores, did not know they were located here, very private and quiet, but nice and pretty. The actual community is beautiful like a resort

We love it here. We’ve been here for eight years and love the community and location. The space is amazing for the two of us and our little dog Maintenance staff gets any issue resolved quickly.

I've been living at Greystone Summit for some time now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever lived in. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the professional and friendly leasing team who made the process smooth and stress-free. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained with high-quality finishes. I love the open floor plan, granite countertops, and ample storage space. The community is beautifully landscaped, and it’s always a pleasure to walk around or relax by the pool or clubhouse. Maintenance is fast, efficient, and courteous—they really care about residents and keep everything in excellent condition. The amenities here are top-notch: the gym is well-equipped, the pool area feels like a resort, and the business center and community events add a nice touch of convenience and connection.

Such a nice community and place I really loved the location of these apartments, so close to everything so many restaurants and any stores you need on Market Place. Beautiful entrance I love all the greenery.

10 out of 10. Everything from the office staff and maintenance to my wonderful neighbors have been nothing but great. I’ve lived here about 4 years and have had a fantastic experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for not only a great apartment but great customer service too.

Totally beautiful property, the apartaments are big and spacious, best floor plans i have seen and torres. Even after going to see other apartments, came back without a doubt.

No doubt in my mind this is the community for me! Does not compare to other places, you just cant beat the square footage, and everyone in the office has been great, very knowledgeable and helpful.

Greystone Summit community is one of the best communities I have lived in. The residents, staff, and management are the best. The amenities, layout, location, and upkeep are 10 out of 10.

Wonderful place! Loved the tour, saw 1 bedroom with sunroom, space is great! They only have one apartment to show, which is great because they stay full, usually actually nothing to see at all. Family oriented and girl in the office was helpful.

Good team, they always work with me and maintenance team is quick. I love living here and our apartment is a great size and awesome location. We are renewing for another year and are so happy here.
