Property Ratings at Greystone Heights
I absolutely hate this property. Management doesn’t know what they are doing. Paid rent on time and still got charged a late fee. They are extremely strict. When you bring your garbage and recycling bins out for collection and it is not collected as it should you still have to bring you bin back in the garage even though you don’t know when the garbage will be collected but you pay for it every month. You are only allowed to bring 2 guests to the swimming pool. Due people not throwing away their dog poop they forcefully charged everyone with a dog to collect their DNA so they can test and charge whoever does not clean. The outside of the building is covered in spiderwebs and is never washed off but the talk about wanting to keep the community nice and clean.
Insane amount of towing with no street parking available, almost zero guest parking, BAIT AND SWITCH units reek of cigarettes, topped off with unpleasant and unreliable management style
Amenities always broken, Apartment condition far worse than advertised, litany of fees. Unethically aggressive towing practices, and dismissive management.
Can't recieve a single package without it getting ransacked by the community here and the leasing office refuses to do anything about it. If you never order anything online this is probably a good place for you.
We have lived here over a year and plan on staying for a while. Kristy and her staff have been amazing. They actually care about their tenants. They host community events and seek input on what their tenants want. Jarrod responds quickly to any maintenance requests, typically within 24 hours depending on what needs to happen. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for, and the property and apartments are very well maintained, each unit is spacious with tons of storage. We have encountered a few scenarios that are frustrating but Kristy works hard to try and meet everybody's needs. I can honestly say that I have never had any landlord or property management company come even close to the staff here. I would definitely recommend Greystone Heights.
Drug use in buildings, broken down cars in parking lot, manager looses paperwork, noisy, creepy characters and tenants around, manager is not approachable and makes mistakes and forgets agreements even when placed in writing, you hear all about her health issues, how many times she complains about corporate office and how busy she is. Problems are not resolved.no long term tenant really wants to deal with the manager. Several tenants have been talking and changes in office and management must be done

Moving in here was a little scary due to it being my first place on my own, but after meeting the office staff and being here for the first couple of months I can now say this was one of the best places to call home. Office staff is friendly, neighbors are quiet, and maintenence does a good job. Also love having the pool!
We have lived here for nearly a year and for the most part it is great. We never hear our neighbors, and maintenance is very prompt. Office staff is also friendly, especially Kathy. The gym and play area are small, but useable. Only issues we've had are tenants not cleaning up after their animals outside and stains that have slowly raised through the carpet that weren't visible when we've moved in (and the office says is our fault, though we know it's not). Kids can be noisy outside, but it usually isn't an unreasonable noise level. Rent seems a bit on the high side, but feels worth it.
My family and I moved in July 3rd 2012. The property is nice, quiet, and neighbors are friendly. They have raised the rent really high and we have to move out due to the rent being high. Plus we just had a baby girl so thats another reason why we have to move. Its hard to find a placevthat takes section 8. A lot of owners dont. We plan on moving next year in July. . But if we dont find anything by then.. I dont want us veing homeless.
