Greystone at the Woodlands

I love it!!! Very quiet and relaxing. The property managers are very understanding. They go above and beyond to make sure their residents are satisfied.

We been here for almost 8 years and we enjoyed living and love our apartment! The staff is great ! The Maintenance staff is awesome and work orders are on point . We have no complaints! If you are looking for a great apartment complex please check out Greystone at The Woodlands

I feel safe at comfortable here. The landscape is beautiful and the apartment is gorgeous. I love the townhouse. Office staff is friendly and caring.

They are awesome. They have open arms like we’re family. They make us feel wanted understood and heard they make the leasing office feel like a place of comfort and safe, loving their value of pleasing their customers and keeping us safe.

Very nice community overall. From the inside of the apartments, all the way to outside neighborhood community. Have never experienced the feeling of being unsafe even once while living here.

I love my new home I feel safe and it just so amazing here I never ever want to leave here this is amazing place for me and my family I will recommend greystone at woodland to everybody just to let them know how amazing it is here

Great place to live. I really enjoy the amenities and the location. This community is very quiet and kept clean. The staff is friendly and if I have any issues it is taking care of fast. I love living here.

We have lived here for 3 years and have always loved the proximity to the clubhouse, pool and mailboxes. The friendly and helpful staff, the prompt responses to work order requests and the general quiet of the complex.

I've had nothing but great things to say about living here. The move in was easy going and the staff is EXCELLENT!!!!!!. My son loves it here. It's spacious and very quiet. It's very comfortable and any issues I do have gets resolved QUICKLY!!

We have lived here for a few years and appreciate the quiet community, the staff and community atmosphere. The amenities are great, my husband uses the gym daily, I frequent the office/business center for resources and in the warmer months the pool is a needed respite!

The apartment complex location is so very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and job location. The complex is very quiet and the maintenance staff are very efficient.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Some communication could have been a little better but other than that I highly recommend. Move in was a breeze.

Greystone oak is best place to live with quit environment. office staff is happy to help with any problum. i am happy with greystone at the woodland.

Our experience at the Woodlands/Oaks has been fantastic. The complex is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The amenities are top-notch, and the environment is peaceful and relaxing. We especially appreciate how clean and safe everything feels. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable place to stay. We will certainly be returning in the future!

Just moved in . So far we are very pleased . Love the wonderful closer space and that it is so quiet here . The screened in porch is very nice .

I've only been here for a few days but the warm welcome has been fully embraced. I'm excited for the years to come. It's very quiet over here in which I like. I like the easy access to the gym. It's a major upgrade from my previous apartment.

The staff is amazing and I love how Janae is always prepared for me when I walk through the door and the community is so peaceful the amenities is very convenient as well.

My move in process was very smooth! All the staff and maintenance are so nice! It’s a nice neighborhood and everyone has been very welcoming so far!

I love my apartment! The size is perfect for my dog and me. I love the layout, the kitchen is rather large and the garden tub in the bathroom is a girl’s relaxation dream.

We have renewed our lease twice, we love the convenient access to the pool and mail boxes, quiet community and proximity to the interstate. The pool is wonderful in the summer and our neighbors are friendly.

The staff have been welcoming and accommodating. They answer all of my questions to the best of their knowledge. If they don't have an answer, they make note to find out and get back to me.

Very helpful staff and maintenance, doesn’t take long for them to answer to concerns or work orders. Someone always answers in the office. I was able to move within a week and I was so happy they were able to accommodate me. Had new carpet placed due to my severe allergies and had no complaints.

We been living at the Greystone at the Woodlands going on our 8 year. Is a very nice and quiet neighborhood . The Pool,Gym are great ! The grounds are keep up very nice . The staff is very friendly .

What a wonderful apartment complex and friendly community. We were welcomed to a clean and functional space. The building amenities such as the gym and pool and the constant available parking have been a great additional plus. We have found a few small bugs in the apartment and the washer and dryer have yet to arrive but other than that we are very pleased

So far, I’ve had a great experience here at Greystone at the Woodlands. If there ever is a concern management and maintenance have made sure to always immediately take care of it.

The townhouse is very nice. It’s a substantial upgrade from our last place. My only complaint is that there was a residual smell of marijuana when we moved in. It’s not really Greystone’s fault though.

Very quiet community and great location. Just a few minutes drive to shopping and restaurants. Maintenance staff always does a great job with work orders.

So far so good. The staff has been very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. The office/community building is top notch. The apartment is excellent.

I have lived here for 4 years and love it! There are a few things that you could change. Get some updated gym equipment, plant some more bushes in front of the 100 building and paint. All the staff are very helpful and for the most part friendly.

Greystone woodlands is by far one of the best apartment complexes that I’ve lived in. They don’t give me a hard and they are great with communication.

Decent place. Had many issues inside of apartment. All were fixed but still left issues behind. Safe place to live but I’ve seen better as far as the overall quality.

Every year when it gets warm enough we love to spend our weekend afternoons soaking in the sun and relaxing by the pool. It's always clean and well maintained. We love it and our kids love it!

I recently moved into the area and I absolutely love it there. My son enjoys the playground and my daughter loves the pool. I’m grateful that it’s already feels like home!

I love the location. Minutes away from downtown Columbus, restaurants, and shopping. Quiet community with plenty of amenities. The maintenance staff are very timely.

If you are looking for a place to live I would high suggest that you live here. The neighbors are very quite. The management stuff each mouth get the community together to play games. I am very happy to be here at Greystone at the Woodlands and Oaks. I can promise you that you will be too

I’m going on 4 years living here and I have enjoyed it. Most of the neighbors are really nice and we look out for each other. The parking is terrible, residents are having friends over and taking up all the parking spaces, also neighbors are being loud after 10pm and this is so inconsiderate. Other than that it’s a great community.

The location is amazing. It is central to shopping and other community events. I love that my apartment is renovated nicely. The staff members are very friendly and respectful.
