The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Greenwich Close Apartments
Great management and maintenance staff…. Always professional and courteous …The staff is warm , friendly and quick to respond to accommodate our needs ..
We lived at Greenwich Close Apartments from 2015-2017. It was a true nightmare! The building is very old and something was always not working. We went days/ weeks at a time with no hot water or working heat in the winter, mold is everywhere! although, they try to paint over it, to make it less noticeable. There is absolutely no soundproof, and with the thin walls, you hear everything that goes on in your neighbours apartments, and some are very inconsiderate. Loud music, stomping and dragging things across the bare floors are not pleasant sounds! The buildings manager and his assistant are extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, not helpful when needed and just flat out insulting to tenants. This place is most definitely not worth the hassle and the rent is way too high considering what they offer. Moving out was the best decision, especially that this area is full of great rentals if you take the time to find them.
I have lived at Greenwich Close for 11 years. The buildings have been significantly upgrade with new kitchens, common areas, flower gardens, bathrooms and elevators. Our manager is outstanding and maintains office hours 6 days a week. The maintenance staff provides personal service and seeks to ensure that tenants are provided with the service that they deserve. The most unique aspect of Greenwich Close is its proximity to Metro North, Library, Schools, Greenwich Ave., the Long Island Sound and the many public facilities that Greenwich offers. My favorite is the large outdoor terrace attached to each apartment. This is unique in the Greenwich market and at the price point of Greenwich Close Happy Shopping!
