donot have lot amenities,not worth for the money we pay

property is old built in 1965. seeing cockroaches, roaches and mold in home. they do pesticide but not helping. except pool they are no amenities for tenants . just one laundry room busy and broken all the time. maintenance is okay. customer service is good. no washer and dryers and some apartments are getting rusty/tainted water. frequent water shutdown. couple of months ago when boiler broke we were without hot water for 4 days. rent is expensive, they charge rent like luxury apartments that have all amenities though donot have lot of amenities. The apartment has only one property manager and one maintenance guy to take care of all issues related to 110 apartments.

Non- Stop Plumbing Issues including leaks and sewage backups

The building is old. It's not 2010. It's a 60s property. I've had sewage back up at least 10 times in the last year. At least 10 water infiltrations in the bathroom, kitchen, living room. The bathroom ceiling almost caved in on our heads. Beware. They won't let you out of the lease. I will most likely need to sue.
