Property Ratings at Greens of Hickory Trail
Greens of Hickory Trail is an excellent place to live. The management staff at the property is top-notch and always takes care of us. The units are all townhouse style and have tons of space on the interiors. Cornelius and his staff are great. They always listen and have made the environment onsite one of the best. Every unit has a backyard, there's plenty of parking, and you're close to plenty of job sites in the area.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day! Management
The staff is very friendly and welcoming, I came in to see their availability. Community is very nice and quite, I’m very excited to be a part of the community
At first I thought the amenities were closed due to COVID 19 but now I see they are taking advantage of the time and upgrading Pool , picnic area and all common areas!! Looking very nice!!! Can’t wait to see the final touches!
this community has turned around so much with new ownership
Overpriced for such low quality apartments, maintenance is good at being timely with repairs, but its just a bandaid type repair so it will break again. I've never had a problem with office staff, usually staff is good at resolving complaints. Very spacious apartments just not good quality, they are not as nice as the pics. My stove and fridge are old as dirt, 2 burners work and 2 don't, never was replaced just patched up. Fridge was coming apart when I first moved in that was a year and a half ago, roach infested, just not good quality for what we pay. My cousin's housing apartment is nicer and of better quality than these and I pay full rent. Ready to move can't wait till this lease is up, and oh yeah you get trapped into 12 month lease. 6mo down 6mo to go.??
He was really nice and knowledgeable, I believe if he had the time to fix everything he would.
It?s a great community to live...landscaping is up to date...it would be great if security monitoring is offered on the weekends as well...most activities happen majority on the weekend...
