Property Ratings at Greenhaven Apartments
We are starting our third year at Greenhaven and are enjoying our residency here. We are comfortable in our apartment and we enjoy our patio; big enough for our chairs, grill and plants. The management and maintenance teams are conscientious, prompt and courteous. This is something we appreciate since customer service is many times sacrificed for efficiency. We also experience a relaxed atmosphere that is helpful in relaxing. We would recommend Greenhaven apartments for those looking for a well-managed and clean residence.
I've finally gotten settled in after a few hiccups. It's quiet and I love the location of my apartment. I also like the dog park. The staff has been helpful and friendly.
GREENHAVEN apartment community is in one word is BLISSFUL. It’s so peaceful and quiet here. Yes the neighbors do kindly speak in passing and always with a smile. The office staff are so friendly and warm. They make you feel like family. I love it here.

I've lived here 1 month already. It's amazing how peaceful it is in my apartment. I hardly here any of my neighbors and everything is so clean. I'm glad I made the decision to live here.
Every work order I’ve submitted has been completed within 24 hrs.. The maintenance team & front office is very tentative to my concerns .. I’m looking forward to living on this property for a couple years
Nice neighborhood and community. Moving in has been a breeze. Maintenance staff is friendly. Office staff has been very helpful also. Surrounding neighborhood is great. Very convenient.
Smooth and easy move in. Property management office answers all questions and are readily available, personably and professional. The only suggestion would need for an elevator, attached garages and a light in the pantry and smaller closet spaces.
Simply the best place to live. Amazing and thank you for your great service and value! Greenhaven is safe, immaculate, and a great place to call home.
I like the location of the apartments. It is a quiet place and at the same time we have several grocery stores nearby. I like that it is a private place.
I love it here but I do not like the parking. There’s not enough visitor parking. Also resident parking is terrible if you do not have a carport or garage.
Everything is going well and perfectly. There are a few minor issues with our apartment that they promised to fix this week. The apartment is clean and everything is done in an orderly manner. The officials are patient and give good guidance. This is our first experience and we are satisfied with everything.
Greenhaven is a nice place to live except for the parking. There have been numerous of times where I have to park at other buildings. Especially on weekends. It's bad when a resident has to park in the visitors spot, and the majority of times those are also taken up. I don't feel comfortable walking to my building at night from two buildings. over.
Great up-kept neighborhood. Neighbors are always friendly. Maintenance guys are the best. Never any issues with parking. I had to downsize my apartment and everything went smoothly, no issues with office. They are always friend too.
I liked the ambience and calmness. Still more to experience. But move in process was very smooth and they seem very friendly and warm. Hoping for the best!
So far do good. Love the location. Haven’t met any of my neighbors as of yet. I love the convenience of the valet garbage service. I had one minor issue that was immediately resolved. The office staff are great and a joy to work with.
The staff is lovely the community is beautiful and quiet. My neighbors are so respectful. My community is small but just perfect for me. I love it here.
The staff is very nice they have answers for all our questions. If we have a maintenance problem it gets resolved right away. The apartment grounds are always kept clean

It is a quiet, clean, and taken care of community. The hallways seem clean, and I hcan barely hear my neighbors. The maintenance team is prompt and friendly.
Decent place to live. There have been some issues but whenever they come up I have been able to put work orders in to get them resolved. Main factor to if I renew my lease will be if rent goes up and by how much, otherwise I like living here.

love living here and the office staff is amazing!!!! if you have any issues the matincae team is on the job asap ive never had to wait more then a day or two to have anything done no matter how big or small, and the community is great so many friendly faces!
Wonderful place to live and wonderful staff. The facilities are very clean and they recently upgraded a lot of the community amenities making it more enjoyable here.
Everyone in the office is so nice. The maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done. I really enjoy living here and they even resurface the pool.
I am very happy with the property as well as the team behind all the work that goes into keeping the Greenhaven Complex running in tip top shape. The office team has been more than helpful with all matters and the Maintenance team has been equally as attentive and responsive to all matters. We had a major roach problem with this complex. We decided to relook elsewhere.
So far everyone has been amazing. It is a quiet and beautiful community. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff here are amazing. I’ve never have felt so welcome.
Nice and quiet complex. The properly is very well-maintained, except for the ants/anthills everywhere. The apartments themselves are surprisingly sound-proof; even the windows dampen outside noises very well. Residents here are friendly.
Wonderful staff and very clean apartment complex. Everyone is very understanding if you have a question or concern. The maintenance team is wonderful as well
I would say overall my experience living here was good. It is a nice quiet gated community with a very nice pool with a water fall that kids really enjoy, my grandchildren enjoy it every summer whenever they visit. They frequently hold events for the residents and during the holidays, which is nice.
Very quiet and cozy place to live , and there are lots of things to do and great places to eat near by . It’s been a pretty good time living here
I have had an amazing experience thus far. The community is so pleasant and comfortable. I enjoy being in the pool and using the gym. The landlord and Greenhaven staff are so nice and professional. They make me as a resident for so welcomed and valued.
We have been very happy with how the office responds promptly when we need something fixed. The apartments are maintained so well. Every day we see workers doing something.
Quiet, not crowded, extremely well managed and the maintenance service awesome , quick and very efficient. The pool is the best, most enjoyable and the waterfall makes the water at least 10-15 degrees cooler than any private residential pool.

It has been a joy living here. The entire staff is Awesome! The parking can be a little frustrating with visitors, but other than that I love it!
I've been a resident at Greenhaven for almost four years and I enjoy living here, I like the community, the maintenance is good and they organize nice events, I've seen a lot of improvements.
Everything is amazing, i love the ladies in the office they are so sweet and always willing to help. The community is always clean oh and the maintenance men are the best always doing what I need done in such great timing. Love it here this is my home
Been residing here since September 2022 and has been an amazing experience. The staff is extremely nice and understanding, The environment has been absolutely serene and looking forward to spending another year here.
For the 2years living here, I have received great maintenance support when needed, with helpful Staff advising throughout. The amenities I have access to are extremely good and clean.
So far we enjoy living here, and the people around us in our building are amazing. The trash system was a little difficult to get used to, but we managed.
Just moved in and this place is amazing! I cant believe how comfortable the apartment is...the community is gated and very safe and the services that are setup make the community very clean. The service guys if something is broken are fantastic, I have never seen this fast of service anywhere!
This is my 2nd time living at Greenhaven and it's just as good as the first time. Super front office and maintenance is terrific. Always recommend!
Greenhaven continues to be a great place to live! I feel safe, comfortable with their response to any repair needed and overall is a good community that I hope it continues to be a great place to live!
My experience over the past 4 plus years is nothing short of great! Incredible staff, prompt attention to every request, terrific pool and other facilities, and a great maintenance staff. Wouldn't trade it for anything.
