I’ve lived here for a year. It’s been a great experience. The complex keeps the exterior nice and clean. I’ve had very little maintenance, if ever needed maintenance is quick to help and correct the issue. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’m very happy with where I live.
The staff is wonderful, the maintenance crew is great and it’s a quiet complex. Couldn’t be happier living here. And they have free coffee :)

I have lived here for 4ish years, and I have had both positive and negative experiences. Things appear to be improving, for the most part. Repairs have started to be much more prompt, and amenities have been improved. My apartment is really nice, and I’ve had no issues with my neighbors, as I have upgraded my unit in the past 6 months. I don’t see myself leaving after my lease is up next year.

The remodeling and upgrading of the Front and back Pools was amazing. It is truly a Joy to live at Tempe Station. The office staff are so nice and helpful, they always go the extra mile to help us. The maintenance team is top notch and very professional. Tempe Station is in a great location for almost anything you would want to do. It's a nice, comfortable and beautiful place to live.

The apartment is lovely, amenities are nice when they are open and available. Leasing office staff have been passive aggressive but they still listen and are helpful. For the low price that I pay here (unrenovated unit) I really can't complain. It's quiet for tempe even though it's barely tempe. It does seem like they're always closing one of the few amenities for repairs but I guess that's better than no repairs at all. They struggled with maintenance staffing for awhile but that seems to be in order now and I've never had any issues with them.

These apartments are spacious, clean and well cared for. The buildings and the property are well-maintained. The atmosphere of the community is quiet and peaceful. Very pleasant feel to the place and the front office staff are friendly and willing to help. My move-in experience was great. Smooth working with management while in the search process, right up to the signing of the lease. Very excited to live here :)

I always write excellent reviews about the neighborhood, great location, close to everything (mall, restaurants, parks, movie theaters, ASU, etc). Safe place to walk with your dog at night time or just to walk around the neighborhood. My only complaint has always been the carelessness from people who owns dogs, they don’t pick up after their pets and use the dog park as a potty area. I wish the leasing office could enforce the rules. There are apartments who has up to 4 dogs per apartment, which I think it’s not right. I have not complaint about maintenance, their response is always on time and fast.

Another awesome year at Tempe Station. We're so excited about the upgrades to our Front and back pools. When a person rides by the front of Tempe Station the 1st impression is beauty and community, which are both true. From the Office staff to the Maintenance Department, good people doing a great job. Great size apartments, staff is really nice! Love that we have community events and taco trucks! My only complaint would be the maintenance of the dog park. But also the other dog parents who don’t pick up after their dogs do maintenance can’t really take care of the dog park, but outside of that it’s great!

It has been great living here, i love the area and it is a great size, especially if it is just you and your pet. I dont have an upgraded apartment so I dud run into a few problems which is to be expected with older appliances and everything but anytime i have a problem maintenance is quick to come fix it! Highly recommend

everything is well! However, Maintenace completes there work always halfway (experienced this on multiple occasions). also, they will leave a mess.

Living at Broadstone Tempe Station Apartments has been an overall positive experience for me. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-designed, with plenty of natural light, which I truly appreciate. The amenities are great too—there’s a fantastic pool area, a well-equipped fitness center, and nice outdoor spaces to relax or meet neighbors. The staff is friendly and responsive, which makes a big difference when it comes to maintenance or any issues. My only small complaint is that sometimes the lights are on, but overall, the experience has been great. It’s a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming community to live in.
