Wonderful complex! So close to shopping. It is on the city bus line. Management it fabulous! Nice green space between bulidings.
I love my apartment! My 4 unit building is part of a small complex and is secure and it is kept very clean. I live alone and I have plenty of room for all of my possessions; there are lots of closets! I have a 2 bedroom unit and I have converted the second bedroom to a home office. Each apartment unit has one garage stall with additional storage closets, and the garage is just steps away from the front door. Additionally, there is beautiful green space in the back with huge trees that provide shade and the grounds are very well kept. The management company is responsible for all emergencies & maintenance of the building and they are very prompt in getting things taken care of. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping.
