The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Grandview Meadows Apartments
I lived at Grandview Meadows for almost two years and it was overall a nice place, the best part was living only 5 minutes away from the multiuse paths and a real nice park, not to far from anything in Longmont. The neighbors were kind and quite, the office staff were kind and patient, they were a huge help when I had to end my lease due to medical issues, the maintenance staff were kind and attentive. Always hooked it up with filters when needed and did or got regular maintenance done on the AC units so they ran good. They have multiple doggie bag dispensers throughout the grounds, two gyms and two pools which is pretty nice, as well as an Amazon hub so there's more peace of mind for one when getting stuff delivered. Parking wasn't crazy like at some apartments. Honestly for the price, location and amenities you're not gonna find a better deal. And the access to different open spaces and the view of the mountains is awesome. Thanks guys
Overall, living here was simple and sufficient- As long as you pay your bills, management leaves you in peace- The management team has unfortunately been dull and systematic ever since Kelsey left in July 2019, but they do get the job done. I mostly missed receiving warm greetings on those mornings where I decided to physically turn in the rent check! The energy just hasn't been the same since- 5 stars to hopefully encourage more positive vibes!
When we first moved in, we had problems as other residents described. But we have seen a change of staff, and particularly the new manager, that has improved many aspects of living here. Outside of building and hallways now cleaned regularly, for instance, and rapid response on maintenance unless someone else's emergency happens. (I prefer for emergencies to take priority over regular anyway). I also like that maintenance requests can be done by appointments--so I choose the time according to when is convenient for me. And when I had a garage lockout they were quick to help, as well as helping with weekend maintenance like when I couldn't get the AC on, a maintenance person was on-call and here in under an hour. The living area, kitchen, and bedrooms (2 bdrm) have proved spacious in comparison to other options for us, as well.
I currently live at these apartments. When I moved into my apartment, I noticed that the wood paneling above the doors, above the floors and everywhere basically were popping off already. The stupid fake granite counter features that we were paying extra for were also chiming unglued. They claim or apartment was being renovated and we were going to get it almost brand new. When I inspected the windows I noticed the paint was chipping all over. Under the bathroom sink the cabinet was already warped and it showed through the outside off or as well. The vinyl floors are uneven. You can feel the bumps under the game wood floors and in some areas you can see under the wood panels. We get earwigs really bad during the summer and they are everywhere. Not just in our apartment, but outside as well. When you enter the building, you can see the floor isn't leveled. It's visible outside of the apartment complex which is probably why we get so many spiders and earwigs. I don't understand how my apartment was supposed to be renovated when it looked like they never touched it. Oh and the doors that open up the washer/dryer area were broken. The metal railing was bent and contorted. You can tell that they tried to fix it by bending it back for a temporary fix but once we opened them, the doors pooped out of place. It was super frustrating. And I've only ever seen them clean the pool once a year. That's right before they open them up and they don't touch them after that. I will be calling the government agency this year if they do not maintain the pool.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your home. We all work very hard to maintain the property and handle any problems or issues that our residents may have. We have not opened our pools yet this year and although I have only been the Manager for a year now I do know that we clean the pools and keep up with chemicals daily during the summer. My information is that ringworm is not a common thing to get from a pool but more often it is due to skin contact from someone that has it. Our apartment homes don't have wood paneling above the doors or walls so that part is unclear. We want you to be happy so please contact the leasing office and we will take care of any of these issues you are having. We look forward to hearing from you.
Well maintained, nice apartments. Fair prices. Never once had issues with neighbors or noise. Maintenance staff responds quickly to any issues and the office staff are always helpful and kind. Ive never seen or spoken to a manager but the assistant managers are amazing people. Everyone I've met personally deserve raises.
In my opinion, the staff at these apts are absolutely the kindest ladies I've ever dealt with. I love my apt. Thanks Kelsey. You Rock!!
This complex is awful. The staff is unfriendly and horrible at communication. There's no cell service inside the apartments. The pool is often nasty and the gym will be closed for weeks at a time. Dog poop everywhere. They will charge you out the nose for anything they possibly can and lie to you about it. Don't live here, it's not worth it.

We all work hard to make Grandview Meadows a great place to live. One of our main priorities is customer service and we do our best to communicate and treat everyone fairly. As for the cell service we have spoken to one of the main service carriers and they suggest using the WiFi in your home for your phone when unable to connect to a tower in the area. Unfortunately we have no control over this and it is a problem in many areas of Longmont not just at Grandview Meadows. We have a large staff for maintenance and the pools are always maintained and the fitness centers are available 24 hours. I hope this helps to explain the issues you have mentioned.
these apartments doest have an At&T and some other network signals, very hard to survive, AC doest work properly there are so many nights with bad changes of AC and heater.. no one even care about that. i recommend no for these apartments, negative energy all around u see there.

We are sorry for your experience at Grandview Meadows apartments. We take AC/Heater work orders very serious. We include what is considered an emergency in the move in packet. We will work on our response time in hope this does not happen in the future. The wireless signal situation can be true because the schools close to our apartments have cellphone blockers. It only affects certain areas, not all of the property and we are trying to figure out how to fix the problem. Thank you for sharing your concerns, your comments will help us improve our customer service. Take care.
I have always tried to be a good resident, I paid on time and was respectful. I can not say the same about this place. I loved the apartment itself and the location however, the management made it unbearable to live there. Unfortunately, I feel their priorities lie in the wrong places, which is to steal you of any money they can. Moving out of this place was literally the worst experience of my life for many legal reasons, I DO NOT recommend living here. PLEASE...SAVE YOURSELF and LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

We are sorry we did not meet your expectations and you had a bad experience. We are currently changing management and appreciate your feed back and hope in the future this will not be an issue.
Upon move out we were charged a couple thousand for new flooring and anything else they could think of. I pride myself in leaving my rental properties very clean and in practically move in ready. Hot tubs were always broken and pools were closed several days for "cleaning". Not to mention our 800 deposit was taken and we still owed 1200. Like I said " you've been warned.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy at Grandview Meadows apartments. We recently went through a maintenance and manager change and feel we are headed in the right direction to correct past property troubles. Thank you for your tenancy, we appreciate your feed back.
These people are thieves and do nothing but lie and make up fake charges. They don't care about the people who live here. They allow druggies with meth houses. The walls are paper thin, they do not clean up the community, they do not keep the apartments in good condition, they don't clean up between rentals, they make false statements to get more money out of you! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

Thank you for your comments! We are happy you like Grandview Meadows apartments. We will be remodeling our fitness area soon and will continue to keep our community clean and well maintained. We appreciate your tenancy and love to hear good reviews.
This apartment complex is definitely one of the cheaper options in longmont. The office staff are nice and the facilities are great. we use the pool a lot (they have two) and the workout rooms have good equipment. The only problem is that some of the tenants don't take pride in the fact that this is our home and they make a mess of the trash areas. throwing bags over the wall so that they miss the dumpster and then leave it there for someone else to pick up. I wish the staff had more regulations on leaving large furniture and mattresses in the thrash area because the waste company doesn't pick those things up and it quickly becomes a problem. Other than that its a pretty quiet and friendly place. we have a son (10) that plays outside a lot. it's a pretty safe area. parks and schools just a 5 minute walk away.
We have been pleasantly surprised by Grandview Meadows. For the most part it has been a really quiet apartment, and the neighbors are always friendly. Maintenance team is incredibly quick to respond, and the office staff is always nice and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Grandview to anyone looking for a place in L - town.
These apartments are beautiful! Very well maintained by helpful and attentive staff. All the apartments are very well sized and have air conditioning. Very quiet, not able to hear the neighbors through the walls. There is a clubhouse, two workout centers, two pools/spas and a couple of small playgrounds. We are very close to great schools, K-12, and have a brand new park down the block with a lot of walking/biking trails, disc golf and a fabulous sledding hill. Great part of town whether you have school-aged children or just yourself looking to be a bit out of the bustle of downtown but still close to shopping and restaurants.
