Property Ratings at Grandridge Place
They don’t care about their tenants, there’s never any parking spots other than the ones that cost an extra $400 a month and no one buys them so all the spots get taken!! Don’t work nights and live here!! The units are small and overpriced as well
Just signed my second year lease renewal. Love these apartments. Great location, super clean, maintenance quick response. Club house is grate and pool is always clean.

Never thought I could love an apartment, but I do! The property is beautifully maintained and offers a cozy neighborhood feel. Our clubhouse is gorgeous with bougee amenities! A whole yoga room and sauna?! <3 Employees in the office are gracious and helpful with issues or questions. And I have the cutest deck which is my favorite place to hang out, it's the little things for me! I'm happily satisfied with my experience at Grandridge and apartment life :)
