From top down, nothing works properly at Grande Market Place. Good luck getting responses for anything. ANYTHING.

Should be no star option

There is not a single thing to say good about living in this property between the garbage left in the hallways dirty diapers everywhere kids screaming bloody murder and vandalizing the courtyard, the office being rude and disrespectful. Fire alarms going off on a constant basis, cost of utilities are through the roof due to terrible quality windows, ac units freezing in the summer, water being shut off constantly for repairs, I think you get the point I would give this place negative stars if I had the option and the property managers claim they care but once you are paying rent good luck

Not A Good Place

This place was in great condition two years ago and now under new management it has been a mess! Hallways are filthy and smell, there is more garbage on the trash room floor than the chute can fit, random fire alarms go off, maintenance definitely takes their time to address any fixes, the office is very rarely ever available, slowest elevator ever, and the water gets shut off randomly frequently. This place definitely lacks cleanliness and display overall carelessness of their tenants. Don't waste your time here and look elsewhere.

No! Bad management

The new office lady is letting this place go to crap! The hallways are filthy and the carpet is nasty it smells so bad. Maybe if they paint the hallways and get new carpet and keep up with cleaning this place could be nice but they wont do that because they don't care about the building or the residents.! They never answer the phone and theres nothing special about this place theres 1 pop machine anf a poor little weight room. Go somewhere that actually takes care of their bulding and residents this place dosnt care one bit they need a whole new crew and some renovating before this place will be even worth looking at.

Was really excited about this property... now I'm avoiding it..

I have been looking for a studio apartment, when I saw this apartment on here I was so happy. Its in the town that I live in and its not insanely expensive. One thing about their listing on this site. Is there are like 10 pictures of a two bedroom townhome but none of a studio. Which isnt that big of a deal but I wanted to know the layout, So of course, I called. No answer, left a message. 3 Days later, no call from them still. I call them again, No answer. By the time they did call me back, which my phone rang once and then they hung up. Tried calling back and no one picked up. I have found a new place, who has amazing customer service.

Ever have your rent cashed twice? we just did!!!

UHG where do I start. I have given this place way to many chances so here we go...I have been a resident at this location for the last 2 years, and in that 2 years it has been nothing but random fire alarms going off, having no water without notification on multiple occasions, Air conditioner freezing up, multiple maintenance requests, horrible windows, very high heat and cooling bills, and the final straw was this last month when the office decided to cash our rent check 2 times!!! Not only that but this has been known about the entire month, and I cant seem to understand why in this situation they should do everything in their power to take care of right away, nope! how about not returning phone calls when no one answers the phone during business hours then being frustrated going to the office in person to only find 2 people sitting there that should have picked up the phone. Now beings that I come from another state maybe this is the norm but I have been renting for over 12 years of my life and never have I had to put up with the headaches as I have with this place. And the sad part of it all is its so simple to take care of your residents yet the run around had led me to wasting my time writing this, and I have exhausted my efforts on getting my money back which by the way has been 20 days they have known about this, which that money shorted us on paying other bills, groceries, and doing things we would have liked to do, and when asked if there will be any sort of compensation I was basically laughed at by the office people. I would have wished someone had wrote a review even remotely close to mine when I moved in and this all would have never happened.

Live elsewhere if you want quality

I've been a resident here for just under a year. And overall, I'm disappointed. the front office is not set up for success therefore there's much improvement that needs to be done. their office hours are Monday Wednesday Friday so be prepared to play email tag and wait on them to arrive in order to retrieve your boxed packages. Front office staff could benefit from customer service training. Everytime we make a request/have a question(usually once every 2 months), it seems like we're bothering them. Comcast is not available in the building so you'll have to (IMO) settle for century link & Direct TV, whose customer service is no better. the building gets, well at least on my floor, nasty on the weekends like clockwork. The tenants aren't ALL terrible, but I don't think I'll live in another building with the likes of the folks who inhabit this place.

Bad customer service

I FINALLY made an appointment to see this property, after about ten phone calls. They NEVER answer the phone. It always goes to voicemail. Upon arriving for my viewing appointment, guess what, no one was there. I waited 30 minutes for them to show up at the office for my appointment and nothing. They will never rent these units if they don't whip the office staff into shape because their customer service is awful! I was really interested in living here because it's location is fantastic. However, since I never got to see a unit, I can't comment highly on value and office staff.
