I lived here for a little over a year. Had a blast! The neighborhood is gated so you can walk at night and it's safe. Very close to the freeway and tons of great restaurants. Really enjoyed the amenities too, the pool and cabanas are super nice. Full gym inside too with fitness classes for the brave. Gotta love it!

Not moved into the apt yet so holding off on the 5th star until we live there for a few months and see the quality and durability of appliances, etc. However, the management gets 5 stars - would give them 10 if we could. Ms. Berenice is the sweetest, most patient, and considerate management staff I've ever worked with. She made the move in process so simple and paid attention to the smallest of details. I am sure that if we do have any issues, she'll be quick to resolve them for us.

When I viewed the apartment I was told the apartment I wanted was not ready and that the had one ready for me to move in. I obliged after viewing the “ready” and moved into it then my nightmare happened the apartment is in habitable due to noise from the air conditioning box outside and the one inside the apartment. Also, the washer in the apartment was damaged and made noise so much when washing. My kids and I had to find a place to sleep due all the noise and I am hoping they can move us to a different unit. I work from home so there is no way I will live in noisy apartment. This apartment did not meet my expectations and I shouldn’t have ignored my intuition and the warnings signs from the bad reviews I am so thorn

My expectations have exceeded my experience thus far. When I applied, I was approved for an apartment that I was finally told was posted and shown as available in error. I was offered a unit for a different move in date and size. I had to get management approval to move the move in date out to the 1st. When I moved in NOTHING was done. Noting painted. In fact there were several paint buckets in the garage light fixtures laying around the apartment and everything was taped off to be painted but not. There were cigarette butts put out on the paint buckets they were monster cans red bull cans there was a ladder left in the master bedroom. The ladder is still here after multiple phone calls. The work still isn’t done. I definitely don’t feel like a valued resident from day one but I did like the area and I wanted my daughter to go to this high school. Hopefully my experience improves because I am already looking forward to moving out and I haven’t even been here a week.

Just renewed lease for the 4th year, my daughter and I love living here. The complex is quiet and we feel safe here, which is super important to us. Our neighbors are super friendly. Melanie and Richard are always willing to go above and beyond to help when needed and the maintenance team is always efficient and quick to take care of any needs we need. the complex has several deficiencies, the social and recreational areas are deteriorated and old, the common use restroms are dirty, the pedestrian entrance door doesn't work, it is always open, and there have been several crimes of damage to cars, theft of effects personal, assault attempt inside the apartments, the administration doesn't invest enough in the security of the residents

I was moving from out of state and was unable to check out the apartment complex in person. However, Melanie was great and took pictures of the unit and fulfilled every request (even the silliest ones). As many of you may know, moving can be extremely stressful! Due to a miscommunication, I didn't put my money down during the timeframe I was supposed to, but Melanie took care of the situation and turned a negative into the best apartment experience I have ever had! After a 12 hour drive, it was relieving that everything went over smoothly. After being here for a few months, I can say that the complex has been great. I've never slept more soundly, but of course, that can be due to quiet neighbors. Highway access to 99 and I-10 is great and while there are a few minor complaints, they are nothing that is deal-breaking. Maintenance usually fulfills requests in 24-48 hours (barring any parts they need to order). Staff is always friendly with me and I can't thank them enough for their hard work. Thanks again, Melanie! ***DO NOT RENT FROM HERE*** Please find somewhere else to live. I had only lived here about 2 months when the first problem came up. My upstairs neighbors were VERY loud. I tried to talked the them multiple times and when that didn't work I went to the office and there response was "well it's not past the quite hours" So their (the management's) view on this is people can make as much noise as they want! The next issue is the items being stolen off my porch. After multiple items being stolen and going to the office each time and management saying well there is not really anything we can do because you didn't see them do it. I ended up having to buy a nest camera to watch my patio to see if I could catch someone stealing. I ended up catching, on camera someone stealing and the managements response was well see if you have a receipt and she would see if the management company would pay me back. Never happened because like many people I don't keep receipts forever, warranty period over, receipt in trash. After that dealing with management I decided I could no longer keep my valuables in the apartment and have moved them out. I have since gone to the management and express my issues with the complex and asked if there was anyway we could come to an agreement to release me from my lease and gave the example of stolen property as one of the many reason for wanting to leave. Her response was that it is not the apartments job to provide a secure environment and there was no way out. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
I live in Ohio and was considering a move to this complex. My friend went and looked at the units. He was quoted a price of $1377 for an April 1 move in. Today, he went and paid the deposit and I got an email saying the rent was $1536. I have called numerous times & left messages with no response. The same with emails. They don't even have the courtesy to apologize. Not getting my money, I'll stay in Ohio!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's a wonderful place to live. The staff is great and maintenance is always there when you need them. there's never any problem that you have to ever wait for. Since it's pushed back from the freeway is a nice quiet, ideal place to live.
