The staff here goes above and beyond for your comfort and assistance. Jena gave me a tour of the grounds, a unit, and the amenities. She was very informative and kind making the experience lovely. The grounds and units are nicely renovated as well.

I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. There is constant noise throughout the day and night—especially from the upstairs neighbor who bangs on the floor regularly, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy a TV show in peace. Cars pull up blasting music at all hours, take up multiple parking spots, and I’ve even seen tenants parking on the grass directly in front of their units, which is supposedly against the rules. Despite documenting everything and submitting formal complaints with photo or video evidence, management continues to brush things off as “normal apartment living noise.” I’ve lived in multiple apartment communities, and this is by far the loudest, most chaotic one I’ve experienced. Nothing ever gets resolved, and complaints are met with dismissal rather than action. The property itself is also poorly maintained—there’s often dog waste left in the grass, and it’s clear that rules aren’t enforced. It feels like management just lets anyone do whatever they want without consequences. There’s been a total lack of empathy or support from the office, and I’ve never once felt truly heard or respected here. Can’t wait for my lease to end so I can move on.

Our work orders are always completed in a professional and timely manner, and all three of the technicians are so kind and knowledgeable.

Good morning everyone I’ve been living here five years and over the five years. I’ve had the pleasure of having a great office staff. The grounds are always clean no matter when you walk into that office you greeted very professional. We have wonderful times by the pool and yes, I would recommend anyone living in this complex.

The apartment was very clean and apartment unlocked! Made moving in simple. Was able to get all of my furniture placed and unboxed most things.

So far it’s been a great experience. I enjoy the bark park and my dog really enjoys the echo from having no furniture. The rooms are big. And I didn’t have to wait a long to move in

My partner and I just love living here. All of our neighbors so far are really nice. There's a warm community feeling here that we really enjoy. Office staff and maintenance are always polite and helpful, and maintenance is always prompt in getting to work requests and notifying us if there is a part that needs ordering or more work to be done after the initial visit.

It’s a great area, and very quiet living space. I’m soo glad I was able to live here, I would gladly tell my friends about these apartments, the living room is spacious with plenty of kitchen space. I can’t wait to dive into the new pool.

So far so good - I have only been here three days but I am finding it nice, A few things need done but maintenance will get to them when they can.

All staff is nice. Any maintenance issues are usually fixed by end of day depending on what time ticket is put in. Only thing is the parking...not enuff

I still don’t like the new handicap type rails in front of SOME of the buildings, but at least the grass is being cut more often Didn’t go up too much on the rent with new lease for next year. Repairs are done when requested. Overall not too bad. The dog park is better maintained but I still have to call sometimes to get the trash bin emptied. My new upstairs neighbors need to be reminded that people live beneath them. I wish I was in a building that didn’t have the ugly hand rails. They not only make the place look like some kind of institution, but make it ten times more difficult for moving in and out when it’s time. I heard through others that you are considering taking them down. Is that true? The mailbox chaos was ridiculous. I always thought that preventing people from getting their mail was a federal offense. Guess that doesn’t apply here. So if you leave our mail alone and plant some new shrubs in front of my building or at least dig up the dead ones.

I have enjoyed my time here so much. The staff interact with the tenants so much. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are great as well. It is definitely a great place to live.

This apartment complex has super friendly management and staff. It is a great community. It is a super easy application and move in process as well.

Living at The Grand Biscayne has been amazing! We love the pool, gym, and all the little extra goodies they provide! Food truck Friday is most definitely my favorite!!

So far it has been wonderful! The office staff have really been amazing with this new move for me. They gave me suggestions on restaurants and shopping for groceries.

My experience has been great ! Clean complex , safe environment, not to noisy! I love going to the gym in the mornings ! Sometimes I walk around the complex , great pool ! My apartment is big and spacious I love everything about The Grand Biscayne!!

My partner and I just love it, here! It's nice and quiet, and my kid loves the playground and the pool. Pet friendly, so we have made lots of furry friends, too! The office staff is friendly and professional, and quick to solve any problem. Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable, and even comes out after hours for emergency situations. All of our neighbors so far are all so nice, and some are really close-knit. Really makes it feel like home for us.

Front office and maintenance is always working to make community prettier. It is not hard to get in touch with front office about any concerns and they are very quick to help out.

So far this has been the best place we’ve ever lived !! Beautiful property very family friendly. Definitely give a 10/10 .. the pool is always clean and the playground is a great bonus

I absolutely love living here so far. I do believe this was the best decision I have made this year. I have never lived anywhere where the staff did fun activities with the community so I am really impressed!

We moved here from Louisiana and don’t regret our decision. Everyone from residents to office personnel to maintenance have been so kind and supportive on our transition. A few minor hiccups upon moving in but maintenance fixed those issues quickly.

Staff did an amazing job a helping us transition into our new home! Questions and concerns were addressed in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.

One of the best apartment complex I have lived in and due to the military I have lived in a good amount. Maintenance team is great and the workers in the office are always helpful.

Management and staff are always polite and responsive to my reported issues and quickly respond with answers to my questions. Always a positive experience!

We love our new apartment home here. The staff are so nice and polite, and always helpful. Maintenance is quick and informative, and the whole staff is great at communication. The three bedroom is just the right size for our family and we have everything we need. The community is clean and quiet, and all of the neighbors are very friendly. My daughter loves the playground here. She asks to go there, or to the pool, every day. Can't wait for summertime, so we can spend more time outside, at the pool and riding our bikes around, getting to know more of the community.

This place is pretty great. I am very satisfied with the communication with the office while I was between Mississippi and Maryland, it took me a couple months to get here, but they have been great and welcoming. I have had no trouble with the moving process or the apartment or the location.

I've only been here a short time, but it seems to be a safe, friendly community, with excellent office and maintenance staff.

The timely manner that work orders are responded to is awesome! It gives me peace of mind knowing I can count on this.

Since moving to the Grand Biscayne a year ago, I honestly can say I like what i see! The Office staff is very Friendly and helpful. Jennifer is always smiling and has a great personality, Brandon the maintenance man is nice and down to earth,what more could one ask for, THE GRAND BISCAYNE IS THE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!

Me and my husband like it here! If you look past the color of the buildings and the ugly stairs the apartments are really nice. There is a lack of parking spots for the apartment buildings behind the offices. But other than those things our places is amazing.

So far my experience at Grand Biscayne has been so-so. I was delivered notices for issues that seemed not to be noted, or noticed, at other apartments. Those apartments still have the infractions I was noted for. I do, however, appreciate the newest maintenance workers. They're personable and have fixed the issues that I've addressed instead of patching them.

Grand Biscayne is a great place to live. Friendly environment, family oriented and a great location.

I had a great experience with Mrs. Jennifer, the office was busy but they handle each client with care. Robin, I believe she is the manager even stepped out to assist. If you're looking to live in Ocean Springs look no further.

So far my experience has been great at the Grand Biscayne! My move-in went smoothly, and all of my questions were answered! Everyone is very friendly! It feels as if I'm right at home and where I belong.

Maintenance crew seems always very busy so everything getting done in a timely fashion is very important and they seem to stay on top of things here

The staff here is fantastic. Jennifer and Robin go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy.

It has good neighbors and facilities. Lots of smiling and waving to neighbors, some of which you may not even know.

I love this place. My family lives living here. I see no reason I would ever leave until I buy my own house. They're very friendly, accommodating and always there to answer any questions you may have. I love it here.

As a retired military member with 30 years of service, I have lived on numerous occasions in apartments in the vicinity. This has been the safest, most attentive, and welcomed in my stays. Friendly staff/team, safe, and very family friendly. I love that they enforce the guidelines/contract rules. Kudos to the entire team!

I have enjoyed Grand Biscayne. Neighbors are nice, office staff are great, and maintenance staff are excellent. Great place to live!
