Professional, clean and peaceful place to live. Maintenance is Awesome. 1 call that's all type of service. Leasing process was very convenient.
At Moda Granary, the management team is extremely cohesive and hard-working. They are quick to process and handle maintenance requests, resident complaints and all paperwork. This gives residents the ability to relax and even form a sense of community that is not often found these days. The team is always available and communicates well whenever things come-up so residents know what to expect. I've managed many different businesses and understand how difficult this can be. Moda is one of the best communities for people who don't like drama and need predictability.
I love living here. It’s very quiet and everyone is nice. The manager is really friendly and maintenance is so quick!! Thanks :)
This place is in a great central location, and even though it’s in the middle of the city, it stays quiet and calm. The customer service is amazing, always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, it’s a good place to live.
I was considering renting at this property, and they were so welcoming—they showed me where to park, greeted my three kids and me warmly, gave us a great tour, answered all my questions, and really made us feel at home.
