Must gross 2 to 3 times the monthly rent amount to qualify income. Requires a starting $400 (non-refundable fee) based on credit and a $125 admin fee (non-refundable). Water and Garbage are separate, monthly pest control is included with the rental price. This property does not accept section 8 vouchers.
