The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Glen Pond
If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live, the best option is Glend Pont, Very good service and advice in your leasing process
Lived here for almost 13 years; my dogs loves living here; people are very friendly; all in all it’s a great place to live
This is good place, but.. The main difference from other community next to this is the outdoor pool. This is the reason why many choose this community. But it is offen broken or cold water in pool. it ruins the experience of living here. Fix this please.
It’s okay as far as the area but the buildings are so outdated. Super expensive for what we get
Professional office staff. Peaceful quiet community
Glen pond is a fine place to live but I am not amazed by the management
Glen Pond is a decent place for a decent price. Maintenance is not top-notch, but they will come and help solve your problems if you stop by office frequent enough to ask about the status of the work orders. The office staffs are very nice and helpful. I will recommend Glen Pond as a place to live in if anyone is looking around this neighborhood.
I have had a great experience with management as well as maintenance. Everyone has been very communicative and welcoming as I am new in the apartment complex. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
it's a nice community of different people that really kind of look out for each other
I felt catfished I want to see these I was shown an apartments that isnt listed on here and they were old and super outdated. The halls smelled and was very hot and the apartment isn’t in the building shown.
for the amount of money being paid here, it is terrible nothing works and the work orders get swept under the rug.
Lots of improvements happening decent place to stay in Eagan. Easy access to all groceries stores and outlet.
Glen is built at good location but lacks proper maintenance of apartments and buildings
While the apartment itself is decent and the location is great, the management is very poor. There is lack of communication and our maintenance requests took over a month to be addressed, and when they were it was done poorly. They never gave notice when entering our unit and gave very little notice when needing to shut down the whole building's water. When they replaced the broken washers and dryers, they replaced them with machines that cost more, again without notifying us of the increase in cost ahead of time (mind you we not only pay for laundry, but for water too).
Simple, nice place to live with friendly office staff
Everything is good, other than maintenance, which is almost non-existent.
All in all my 12 years here have been positive. I live in the fog building and we are known as the friendly building. Because of the dogs people get to know each other.
Location is great, rent is the cheapest around, but maintenance requests never get fulfilled, unless its an emergency.
Not worth your time.. to expensive for nothing. They really don’t care about what your concerns are.
It has been a bad experience. There is no security camera at the front of the building. Main building doors are always broken and anyone can just come in. We were never given AC covers in the harsh Minnesota winters so we had to turn our heat up to we wouldn’t freeze to death. The rent is high and there is no professionalism in the staff.
A very quiet apartment and safe but the management needs some help
The maintenance and office staff I have interacted with have been pleasant, however this building is managed extremely poorly— worse than any previous residence I have occupied.
Great location but management and maintenance has really gone down hill. Nothing seems like it’s getting taken care of or fixed. They hardly check or even respond to emails.
Great place to stay. Snow removal is very good. Rent is affordable. Pet friendly.
I love my apartment. No bugs. Quiet. Spacious. I have found the staff to be snooty for different reasons. My reaction to their interaction is at times has shown as disappointment.
Individuals who represent Glen Pond are all lovely to work with. Whatever issue is happening with neglecting heat mutiple times a year and constantly claiming to be short staffed in lieu of late maintinance requests is however, moderately maddening.
glen pond is great location for shopping and for work, glen pond is clean and safe location
Excellent place to be a home and friendly management!!
The staff at Glen pond are very informative and they will answer all of your questions in a timely manner. Great value!! Great place to live!! I feel very safe here!!
Love the people , friendly,I think the people in the office do what they can to help you out the same day. Vey friendly, the apt. building I live in is clean;and friendly, young adults
Great neighbors, community, management, maintenance and location. Little things here and there as is anywhere.
My experience here thus far as been great. The staff is very professional and friendly. I love the cleanliness of building. My apartment is beautiful.
Glen Pond apartments is nice and safe place to live.
glen pond is clean well kept , the location is very good your not far away from mpls or st. paul
Management has gone down the drain since Covid. They used to be attentive and responsive, now it’s takes weeks of hounding them so get a simple maintenance request fixed or an email responded to. Quit raising rent every year if you cannot continue to provide quality living.
It’s been a great place to live so far. People are nice and it’s a nice area.
Management is very nice and accommodating. They go above and beyond to handle issues you might have with your apartment or bills.
Very welcoming community. Walkable distance to Hy-Vee and other groceries and banks. Huge parking. Calm Neighborhood. Management is very accurate and helpful.
This place puts on a happy front but once you’re sucked in they know they got you. They don’t fix anything unless they find it important. I have had busted things in my apartment for 3 months now and they won’t fix it because they don’t think it’s important. The laundry machines are always breaking down and last year it took them 6 months to replace them. We had to wash and dry on separate levels in order to complete our laundry. The card loader(there’s only 1 for the whole complex) was broken for 2 weeks so we had to do laundry somewhere else. They care about getting their money but not putting back into anything. This place is a black hole and will suck you right in. The ac units suck here too. They’re not efficient enough to even cool the living room. So last month we had a $200 electric bill. Any sort of amenity you think you have here they take away. Last year we had people get stuck in the elevator on 3 different occasions but they never even put any signs up or anything to warn people. They’ve talked about fencing in areas to make the complex more dog friendly but they haven’t don’t that either. SAVE YOURSELF! Don’t move here!
Glen Pond has great amenities. When I moved into my studio apartment I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a washer and dryer. I love that it has an elevator and an underground garage with your own parking spot. Plus I love the extra storage you get. The location is ideal. Close to everything.
I live in building 5 which is a dog building and everyone gets along really well. I think the dogs bring people together.
Glen Pond is a very nice place to live. The amenities are great! I love the washer and dryer in my apartment and the elevator. The indoor swimming pool and the community room. Great location
Glen Pond is a great place to live. Love the amenities. It is close to everything. The staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful.
Great location for reasonable apartments. Perfect for my short-term living arrangements for work.
Love large living room and bedroom is also good size. Love dishwasher and garbage disposal. Also good closet space as well as kitchen cabinet.
very nice appartment complex and in a very nice part of eagan ,
I would not recommend living at the Glen Pond apartment community. Hallways and elevators smell like marijuana, sound complaints are not followed up on, little to no communication on work orders, work orders not completed for windows letting cold air in over winter left open for months. I will not be staying with Glen Pond and would not recommend living here.
The best thing about Glend Pond is that rent doesnt increase every year, you have your own laundry room, very affordable for a college student, safe, and in a great location with walking paths to a ton of stores! Management actually answers phone calls and there is now a secure spot in the main office to have packages dropped off.
I have not lived here very long but my experience here has been very positive. The staff have been friendly and helpful. Love the amenities they have here like a washer and dryer and an elevator
What i like most is the way the managment staffs interact and approch with residents, its friendly and like member of a familly, especilly Ms Anne. Thank you.
