This is not for marketing: I suspect that the person somewhere above me is pouring the broth of their home-cooked chicken or turkey off the balcony because it is not wise to pour it down the drain. While I appreciate that, it pours onto my balcony without warning. This is the third time -- that I know of -- that this has happened. I have no way to wash it away. Once it congeals, I hesitate to walk onto my balcony because it will stick to my shoes. Please educate residents on proper way to dispose of broth. Other than this annoying issue, I have enjoyed living at Glass House. Thank you.

I love my place I call home. Everyone here makes you feel special and Hamilton and Jonathan go above and beyond when completing a maintenance request. All the staff at the Glasshouse are literally the best.

Overall the experience here has been exceptional. It’s quiet even with continuous construction outside my window. Only discrepancies I have are the scent of marijuana in parking garage and while on my balcony and stained hallway carpet. The concierge representatives are always friendly and helpful. I feel secure in my residence and that improves my quality of life.

They don’t replace your water filters here, and you’re going to pay a lot to be there. My apartment doesn’t even have cabinets that close properly.

Every person who works here is absolutely wonderful! They are so kind and welcoming. Really the only complaint is when we moved in almost everything had an issue. We have submitted around 17 service requests. All have been promptly handled and the staff is extremely nice. It was just a harder adjustment moving in when and lot of things were leaking/broken/not working properly.

Conceige and management team are extremely welcoming. Upon entry you will always be greeted in a very welcoming manner. Any minor issues that arise are immediately addressed and resolved.

We've been residents here for 7 years or so, and the quality has been going down steadily. Garage doors frequently don't work, it's taken way too long to fix the vehicle charging stations, the trash cans and recycling cans in the parking garage are often overflowing, etc. Having the occasional food truck doesn't compensate for that.

I've lived at Glass House for 5 years. Recently, the common areas and trash areas have been dirty. The pool has been broken on and off for months. The elevators are broken several times a week.

The initial email asked for my feedback on moving in - which I have wanted to express anyway. I toured glasshouse in April. I moved across the country and into my apartment in July. I felt like there was no information given when I moved in as to the basics. They didn’t tell me there were carts I could use, I carried everything item by item from the garage in the sweltering July heat. No one told me about trash, or recycling. No one helped me set up the app where I could reserve the elevator. There was no printed information on the basics of the building given to me. It felt very disorganized and kind of like “figure it out yourself”. I expected more from the price I’m paying here. The unit itself is ok. The floor to ceiling glass windows is really the reason I picked glasshouse. But if we’re being honest, compared to the other buildings in uptown - it’s dated. I almost went to 3700M because it’s more updated. The bathroom has no storage, it really needs a linen closet. Realistically the kitchen and bath both need some updating - I’m sure this isn’t the first time you’ve heard that. But again, I moved here for the windows and other than the “dated-ness” I’m happy with the unit. The hallway on the 13th floor is really bad tho - the carpets are starting to smell. The building is really quiet, I never hear anyone and even though there’s construction across the street the windows do an excellent job of blocking it out. The pool is fantastic although I would recommend washing the cushions on the chairs more often - one smelled like vomit the last time I was out there. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

I've lived here at the Glass House for over ten years now and have found the maintenance response, whenever I needed it, to be excellent. Fortunately, I've not needed to call on maintenance too often.

Move in was seamless, even with poor timing of our UHaul pod being delayed, they worked with us to accommodate elevators and gave us options to proceed with. Concierge is awesome and they respond to things quickly.

Concierge staff excellent. Maintenance staff excellent On-site management unresponsive. The issues with the lack of access into the garage is unbelievable for a "luxury apartment". Windsor is huge get multiple vendors or replace the entire opening system AND keep spare parts on hand.

It’s a cool place for young people getting out on their own during/right after college. Located in the center of a lot of entertainment and restaurant options so that’s also really cool. Garage parking is also a plus as it’s accessible from multiple entries.

Service and amenities have declined in the last several years while rents continue to rise excessively. However, maintenance, specifically Jose and his team always follow through and do a great job responding quickly and fixing the issues.

The entire experience from the time I booked an appointment to tour the property till I moved in was awesome! Angela gave an fantastic tour of the property and units based on my preference. Tia followed-up and shared with me another unit that came available that I ended up leasing. On my move-in day, Angela went above and beyond to make sure my move was smooth. Angela even walked up to the loading dock area to hand me the storage unit keys while I was waiting for my movers there. I thought that was a great gesture on her part. I also want to give a shout out to the concierge team who have been welcoming and helping me with any questions I have during the first few days. The entire experience was summed up by the bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful wine glass. I couldn't be happier that I moved here.
