Our move in day had a bit of a rough start with the bedroom key not working and a few maintenance items that needed to be addressed. We went to the front office and they helped us almost immediately even though there were still a lot of people moving in. We appreciate the help and also put in our maintenance requests for the items that did not need immediate attention, i hope they get completed soon so my son can enjoy his new apartment fully.

I love living here. It is close enough to campus to be involved in the college experience but also the buildings are spread out so there are no dirty/smelly hallways or excessively loud neighbors all close together. I also like being able to walk my dog super easily. Instead of going to an elevator I just walk right outside to real grass not just turf.

I love living here and think it is a great community. There are lots of amenities including a big pool, 24-hour gym, and basketball/tennis courts. Events put on by staff are really fun and a great way to meet new people. Prices are reasonable but check their website because this website is not accurate.
The prices are great for the location, but you are paying exactly for what you paid. Poor maintenance, the rent will never be the same every month, not well managed and the model shown in completely different from 8 apartments that I have seen in the complex. You are lured by the friendly staff to believe you are making the right decision, but simply ask to be shown the fitness room and you will find tiny bugs and roaches. I’m not telling you to live here or not, just know the lower prices (in this situation) is never the right choice.

Internet has been out for 5 days and constantly goes out at this worthless apartment. Staff is brain dead and completely worthless outside of picking up packages for you, and even that they're awful at. STAY AWAY. Go literally anywhere else. This place may look nice but it is the worst apartment in Tempe PERIOD.
Just signed my lease at Gateway for 2017 2018. Spoke with the new manager Dustin, great guy hooked it up with some minor problems I had online. The guy is super professional and on top of the game.
The complex is under new ownership, so they are trying to restructure. They DO NOT have the resources to provide everything you need to live comfortably here. YES the pool is re done, that is nice. But any issues with the room take forever to be resolved, packages are essentially held hostage by the front desk because they take too long to log them and do not allow you to take them until they do. I am sure that the two reviews on here are written by management, as this place had the worst reviews when I moved in two years ago. I'm not here to tell you to not live in gateway, but I want it to be understood that you are receiving a budget apartment for a highly jacked rate. The illusion of quality can be strong here but it is most definitely not quality.
Everything is extremely convenient especially being a college student. There's a mall near by & the bus system is bomb.
An absolutely great place for Asu students. The layout is more of a multiple neighborhood clusters feel with each section of the complex having a few buildings surrounding a small center park area. The apartments are also designed and laid-out very well and each bedroom has a built-in desk/shelf area which is absolutely perfect for students trying to get work done. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is very quick to fix requests. The pool is gorgeous with palm trees and also a large hot tub. The management even throws pool parties throughout the warmer months. There is also 2 tennis courts a full basketball court and a beach volleyball court for plenty of fun There is also a nice business center with free printing and touchscreen desktops, and a study room as well. And finally there is a gym, although it is much to small for anyone really trying to get a real workout in. The gym is literally the only bad point though. All in all it is a GREAT place to live. Not to mention it is close to Tempe marketplace, next to plenty of business and restaurants, even a brewery next door great for college students. Also there is a HUGE park just outside the complex where also a free shuttle bus will take you to campus and downtown tempe
