Live here with my sister. We both love our apartment and neighbors. No issue with the complex.

Been living here for a few yrs and no issues.....neighbors quiet, its not dirty and whatever i need fixed gets fixed quick..

I enjoy living here. My neighbors are friendly and respectful towards each other. The grounds are always clean thanks to maintenance/cleaning crew.

Worst place , not parking after 8:00pm, they lost my moving out letter now don’t wan to pay my security deposit

I've stayed here for a few years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I've never had a question or concern go unanswered and the staff is so down to earth and understanding to my circumstances. I don't have issues with parking which is great. I've lived in NJ all my life and stayed at a few different properties but Gardens at Raritan is by far the best.

This apartment was the WORST. So happy I moved. Be prepared to never find parking, even in the middle of the day. Also, the units are way overpriced for what you get. Very shoddy renovations. Windows are very drafty so be prepared to have all species of bugs come in in the summer. Please be very cautious if you think of moving here & make sure you inspect your unit PRIOR to moving in.

I already have a year living in the place but I think they should improve many things like for example the parking for vehicles do not even assign one to you and if you leave at night you do not find where to park and not even talking in winter is terrible and they should solve that!

I have been looking for the past 2 weeks and this is the worst out of all the apartments I found place is nice but no utilities included but water come on what a joke.

Lived here since 2012 - Nice Staff , Always Improving , Beautiful grounds - my only complaint is the feral cat population kept by the local cat hoarder which breeds disease, pests and other blight which their either allowing or pretending to be unaware of. And the crazies like the cat hoarder….other than that it could be really nice.

I've lived at The Gardens all of my life. The management and staff strive to keep our little community safe and go above and beyond to help their tenants. The maintenance staff is kind and friendly and are readily available at all times. I highly recommend The Gardens.

I have been living in the Gardens at Raritan Apartments for 2 years now. The office staff are very helpful, they fix any issues you have in your apartment very fast, sometimes I have the handy man come to my door in less than 10 minutes. It is a very quiet community. Police are always around, but is not necessary due to security that is always on the complex, even over night. The price is very affordable, compared to other apartments in the area. No issues or complains.

I have been living at the Gardens at Raritan for 2 years now. The apartments are average and you do not have any freedom. You aren't allowed to bbq, have small kiddie pools and they charge you $85 dollars extra a month is you have pets. Maintenance never fix things thoroughly and when you complain they blacklist you. Overall, lets just say I have been looking for other housing.

The rating reflect the true story in here. From maintenance service to quality of amenities, they are probably one of the worst you can find in New Brunswick. I am a currently a resident here and this is from my personal experience. A lot of things are not working probably like water sink and toilet and they were not able to address the root cause. There are also water leaking issue. They even charged you for any broken item you reported. It will impact your quality of life if you choose to live here.

I have lived here just about 2 months- while I love love my apartment and the area I can't say the same about the staff. They are very short, rude at times and often seem as if the caller is disturbing them. The laundry room and machines are disgusting and filthy. I have to travel downtown to do my laundry or take it back home to my mom. The noise level of the community is great but the noise level of my neighbor is unbearable. I have voiced my complaints twice not much has changed. Hopefully my overall view of this community changes from ok to great before its time to re-sign my lease next year

I have lived in Gardens at Raritan for over 2 years now. The staff is extremely helpful at all times and the response of the maintenance when a problem does occur is in a timely manner. Would recommend living here to friends and colleagues.
