Goldmark is false advertising no utilities are included, Tenant pays all, not always secured doors, not really handicap assessable.

We love our apartment and the community is a perfect quiet place no problems or issues with anything thank you!

Decent enough place besides communication about maintenance issues and length of time to get them done.

Pros: Price Management Dog friendly Large parking lot Dog area not too loud usually Washer dryer hookups Cons: Flooring Wasn't very clean when I first showed up. I had to re-clean a lot as I'm allergic to cats and cats definitely lived in my place before me.

Secured entrance, clean apartments, and a management DREAM team. The Management team will put forth every effort to ensure that you moving and leasing process is efficient and quick.

management is poor, no doubt about that. location and student amenities is great. grocery store, gas station and interstate access is wonderful

The staff is very nice and responsive. The apartment is in good condition and all features are functioning.

Terrible management! Wouldn't recommend living here.

They are slipping in maintenance of property, security and snow removal. Changes in personal has had an impact on taking care of the residents and property. I have notice increase in police activity. I sure hope they are doing security background checks. Yes, you need renters but not at the expense of your good tenants. So far, not so bad compared to where other run-down slum landlord situation but I sure hope that does not change.

A lot of things need work and it seems like there's no structure or rules and the secure building, which is the main reason I decided to rent from Goldmark, keeps getting broken for the last 6 months and nothing seems to be done about this. When I first moved in it was not like this and was peaceful and enjoyable. Now I don't even want to live in my home anymore.

Very quiet building. Seems well built sound wise. Other than the exterior door locks being broken, it’s been a great place to live. I can’t wait to get a garage.

I really like how quiet the building is, parking is great, management is so welcoming and helpful.

Process to move in was swift and easy. Also, the management team has been excellent in addressing all my needs and questions.

It's a good value and suits my needs very well right now.

I've had 2 workorders in the week and a 1/2 that I have lived here.. Both of my work orders were resolved really fast. 1 for my doorbuzzer not working, and also a new garage opener. I knew going to Sheldon to find a new place to live was the right idea. Thanks Sheldon, you're awesome!

Maintenance issues are usually resolved with speed and accuracy! Its been a Great experience living at Garden Grove!!

Garden Grove takes care of the property. Parking can be issue at times. Some concerns addressed directly.

The apartments are not brand new but that are still gorgeous and spacious. They have all the appliances that are newer and laundry hookups in apartment! These apartments are not only beautiful but also everyones friendly and helpful!

A nice little area to live in. It's quiet, the neighbors can get a little noisy but it's not really bad. There's room for your pet and an area for them to do their business.

For the short time I have lived here (2months) its been good!

Garden Grove is very reasonable with rent prices and management is very friendly and nice to work with.

I have been here over 10 years always friendly staff when i do have a concern it is always addressed.

The tenants are very peaceful and quiet. The whole neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

I have been here less than a month and they already make me feel safe, important and welcomed! The office staff are some of the best people I have ever rented from and Im glad I chose this place of residency for my kids and self! Thank you so much to all of you working to make sure my family and I are happy and our needs are taken care of!!

Great staff, great maintenance. They make sure to take time out of their days, even without an appointment when they have time, to take care of you.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Goldmark since moving in June of 2010 when i have had problems or neef something fixed it was done in a timely manner.

Garden Grove management was always very nice and helpful with any questions or issues I had. Maintenance requests were acted on in a timely manner and normally within the same day or next day that the service request was put in. Some appliances and features are a little outdated but are acceptable for the affordable price of rent.

I am very pleased with the staff who help make living here so pleasant. Maintenance is done quickly and any concerns I have regarding other tenants, animals, or building maintenance are handled very professionally and in a timely manner.as well.

Overall garden grove is good for small families and the matinence is fairly fast compared to alot of other places.

Garden Grove is an excellent location with an excellent price for any Bismarck State College students.

I lived in a garden level in this building for a while. It was ok. The appliances and decor are from the late 80s early 90s. In North dakota the landlord usually pays water and heat and the tenant pays the electrical. In this particular unit the heat is electrical so a person ends up paying in the $100-$150 per month range during the winter if you like it warm. Goldmark property management manages this building and they live up to their very poor reputation in North Dakota fairly well. Hard to get ahold of for repairs, losing your rent checks, rude, have a lot of fine print in their rental agreements that could bite you when you move out. Nickle and dime you for repairs that are probably never actually done after you move out...that kind of stuff.
