I want to share how happy I am to live in these apartments. The amenities are amazing; from the pool to the gym, there's always something to do to stay active and relaxed. Plus, the location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks. But what impresses me the most is the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the common areas and apartments. You can really feel the effort of the team to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all of us! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality home.

So far go great. I feel safe and I love the area. Spacious closets and adequate living areas. I can’t wait to entertain guests and meet new people down at the lounge
Sound proofing is great between apartments. However the fire alarms continue to go off randomly during the day and evenings, for what you pay in rent it is unacceptable.
Fire alarms blasting for an hour or more, limited amenities, construction during most of my stay, pet waste around the building inside and out. The smart home system is okay except the thermostat. It doesn’t stay on the temperature I set. Often times it will turn itself on and off, or change the temperature without me making a change to it. Fetch is a really terrible delivery system. The price you pay is astronomical vs what you get. Good Points… the local staff… the front office team is outstanding, maintenance is top notch. None of the issues I’ve had have been their fault. It’s an issue that starts with corporate. I wish Gables corp prioritized the residents experience and satisfaction instead of how many dollars they can make off of each unit. Anyone who has been here for a year or more, who stayed and stuck it out through all of the construction got an unwelcome surprise when it came time to renew. Lastly, I have enjoyed the keyless system. It’s nice not worrying about keys. LOL
I love the property and the management! Great location, nice amenities and the units are up to date. The move in process was very simple and I am happy here!
Nice sized units at decent price, good area to live in (especially now that some of the surrounding construction is finishing up), and the maintenance team is top-knotch! Overall happy with my time in this community and looking forward to finally using the new amenities.

Great apartment complex to live in within the heart of Uptown. It has a great balance of location near restaurants, bars, and walkability. Maintenance team has always been great.
Overall, the apartment is beautiful, staff is nice and attentive, and we like living here. But there are some significant points that we don't like (and we understand that this is due to renovations but it has still affected us : *There was a lot of noise (including fire alarms) in our one year of living here. We mostly do work from home, so it affected us in our meetings and our work. * We couldn't enjoy most of the amenities (just the pool and gym) here, and since we work from home, we were looking to enjoy them fully.

I lived in Villa Rosa for 8 years. As much as there is to say negative, the positive far surpasses anything else. Maintenance and management are at your whim for every request. Well maintained units. Great property and enjoyed my time there. Kim, the property manger, is still the Gem of Gables. Great experience, but Kim and Jem (head maintenance) were the best you'll ever have!
Overall it is a good apartment in a good location. Construction makes it noisy and the valet trash has spread pest issues/general lack of cleanliness in the hallways
Overall, living here for the past year has been great. I love the location and the price is reasonable for the area. My only issue is that it feels like the renovations have been drawn out for over a year now and we have really seen no upgraded amenities or any other improvements.
My experience here has been perfect so far! From the day i came for a tour and how helpful the team was to the day i signed the lease and moved in. John from the leasing office was very accommodating answering all my questions and inquires, making me as comfortable as one can be.
So far my experience here has been great. We've been living here a little over a month and have had good service when it comes to trash and maintenance, and we are also in very close walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars, which makes weekends really convenient and fun.
Love the community. Walking distance to Katy Trail. Very clean, Responsive. So far I’ve enjoyed living here. It has only been a week though. My neighbors seemed pretty chill. I don’t hear ppl constantly through the walls like my old apartment did

The Gables Villa Rosa is a beautiful complex! I've only been here less than a week but everything has been wonderful! Pools are gorgeous and the complex is a couple of blocks from Katy Trail!

Been living in gables for a year now. The building and apartments are managed well. Also being next to Katy trail and nearby grocery stores such as Whole Foods makes the location highly desirable.
Gables has been the BEST. The leasing agents are amazing!!! I highly recommend to anyone looking to move- you won’t be disappointed! Also, everything is so clean and safe!
I have loved living here so far. I will say I’m excited for the golf simulator and hope it gets finished soon. The pools are always a great time when I go down there and the amenities are awesome
I just moved here, however I have no complaints about it so far. The leasing office was very friendly and helpful with our move in! Only small issue is the noise from construction across the street but even that is not bad on the top floor!
They made things very easy! Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Movers were able to get in and out quickly. They even have carts you can use if you are moving things yourself.
Over all it’s a nice complex, good ammenites, usually clean. Very noisy and fire alarms go off unprecedented very often for a long period of time.

Great location with the best parking lot in the area (spacious and you park on the floor where you live). The only downside is my view of downtown used to be completely unobstructed, but is now blocked due to the new building that just went up :(
