the office staff is the best i have ever seen in USA. very helpful very resolving and everything else is as advertised. i am very satfisfied with every aspect of my time here.
Excellent place to live/work, excellent service, affordable price. A lot of park space, within walking distance to the mall, top-rated school, and child care.
This is a wonderful place to live. The office staff is extremely kind, friendly and loves animals. The maintenance staff is the best in the business. If there is an emergency at 2am in a Sunday, maintenance will be there to fix it. The grounds are kept extremely clean and near. Would definitely recommend living here. My wife and I have lived here for 3 years and we’re already planning on renewing for a 4th.
I have loved living here. The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing and so friendly. The amenities are good and the apartment is well-kept. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly it feels like a little family
My experience has been extremely positive. The maintenance crew is outstanding and when issues have arisen they are there first thing the next morning to resolve. I have resided at another Gables property and this is lights out in my humble opinion above the other location. The office personal are so friendly and efficient at getting information back if needed. I give the facility a A .
Staff is great. Amazing location l. Nice neighborhood. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. Just Minutes from i95 heading east and mins from turnpike heading west. Everything you'll ever need is a walking distance or under 10 mins or less driving.
Gables is an amazing place to live. The staff is Awesome & the residents are all friendly. The maintenance team is on point. It's beautiful. The grounds are immaculate. If you want all of the above Gables is the place to be.
We have been living at Gables Town Colony for almost three years and we love living here. Jennie is the best and helps with any concerns you may have.
I really hate to leave a bad review as the workers are very nice, but unfortunately a huge factor of moving into this community was due to EV charging which is an advertised amenity on their website. It’s been a nightmare as the ev chargers seem to be unavailable a lot. Also they implement a “parking fee” to use it on top of electricity cost, but there is no parking fees on the leasing contract. The parking fee makes it cost $13+ to charge the car. It is absolutely crazy that you need to pay a parking fee to charge your car, WHEN the chargers are working. I have tried MULTIPLE times contacting corporate as they run it, but they will ignore your emails and not respond to you at all. The leasing people at the complex know fully well that they are not responsive at all. Corporate will NOT call you back, respond to emails, or care about your lease agreement. It is absolutely preposterous and VERY unprofessional the way they treat the tenants. I haven’t talked to ONE person from the corporate office located in Atlanta. The amount of warnings I gave before this review is ridiculous. They had a month to rectify this issue, yet I haven’t heard one word back from corporate. If you have an EV or considering getting an EV, steer clear of any Gables management properties.
Such a quiet safe welcoming residential area to call home .All residents are respectful of each other at all times .The grounds are emmaculatly kept at all times .The apts are quaint designed beautifully architecturally thought out and comfortable .Appliciances are state of the art and always in working condition .We have keyless entry amenities which is a huge plus . .Along with remote light fixtures and AC unit .Which makes life easier .The pool is always welcoming well kept as is the common area to enjoy barbecues with family and friends . .Pool house restrooms always sanitary .Walkways surround the property to stroll in the evenings or enjoy a stroll with your pets . .Stations along the paths to suit the sanitary needs .There is WiFi by pool along with a kitchen , refrigerator and stove for outside entertainment .The apts inside are always soundproof .Living here is a found gem nestled in privacy
This is a wonderful place to live. Everything is very clean. From the apartments to the grounds. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The office staff goes out of their way to say hi and even knows your kids names and asks how they’re doing. The maintenance staff is the best around. Very friendly and clean and helpful. We have been renting here for 3 years and will likely renew for a 4th
Just started my seventh year living here at gables town colony. What a wonderful place to live the location is great the apartments are renovated well Maintained. This staff is always nice and helpful.
Love how if something goes wrong in my apartment the team is quick to act and resolve the issue. I never have to wait long for a repair. Repair guys are knowledgeable and courteous
Living at Gables Town Colony is the best decision I made. The staff are Amazing. I never have to ask twice for anything. The residents are very friendly. We are all here to help each other. It's like a big family. The thing that really takes the cake is the grounds. Everything is kept up & taken care of. It's Beautiful! I never want to move. If your looking for everything above Gables Town Colony is the place to be.
Really enjoy living here. Just renewed our lease for the 3rd year. The staff is super friendly and they have the best maintenance staff around. Even at midnight if the AC goes they will be there to fix it. Looking forward to another year here!

The service from both the maintenance and the front office is wonderful. The management team are friendly and get to know their renters. Whenever I need to ask a question about either rent or an upcoming event we always spend an extra hour just catching up and talking. They're super pet friendly as well!

Like the welcoming sign greets you as you pull into this quiet, peaceful , tranquil home sweet home .Tucked in beauty of trees, walkways and sanctuary of safety and peaceful birds singing .Each Apt is created to give you the feel of privacy.Neighbors are respectful all the time .Parking is always ample and safe .Grounds are well kept daily .Trees pruned , pool pristine as all other amenities as well .Maintance top notch and always there to assist .Living here is like a hidden secret in Boca Raton set aside in nature yet in reach of all your personal needs.Shoppes, I95 within one mile and beautiful beaches within 5 miles .Apts have quaint architectural designs that give you the free of your private sanctuary .Living here is a wonderful find .
I have loved every second of living here! The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly. There are not many places around like this one anymore, the apartments are well-maintained and it is a small community that makes you feel like more than a number. I loved my new community for several reasons. Firstly, the location is fantastic - it's close to my work, grocery stores, and restaurants, making it convenient for my daily needs. The community is also very safe and secure, which gives me peace of mind. Additionally, the amenities in the community are top-notch. The staff is also friendly and helpful, and they made the move-in process a breeze. They were available to answer any questions I had and made sure that everything was in order before I moved in. Overall, I love my new apartment community because it provides a comfortable and convenient living environment. The move-in process was easy, thanks to the helpful staff, and I'm excited to be a part of this community.

It's been great so far. Rent is always high for a 1/1. Maintenance is fast at responding. The ladies in the office are great too. I'm very comfortable with the location. It's right across from the main mall which is huge and so many other convenient stores and restaurants at walking distance.

Move in was seamless, team was very kind! I also really appreciated the next carpet and A/C unit. Apartment was clean, and directions on how to care for the floors/stove were appreciated.

The management is good, very accommodating. The maintenance is good but the management does their best to provide the best service. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good layout. The area is nice as well.

It is really nice living at gables town colony the apartments are nice recently renovated the grounds are kept up well the office and maintenance staff are wonderful needless to say the location it's hard to beat St Andrews Boulevard next to the Town Center Mall

Decent living. Rent is too high. Easy access to highways and mall is right across the street. Not very luxy as it's claimed to be. Bathroom needs renovations. Good location makes the living worth it.
The staff is incredible and makes me feel at home living here plus the maintenance are very prompt and professional when requested and does a great job fixing and repairing things.
