Gables Republic Tower

I current live here and have been living here since October 2024. Gables Republic Tower is Awesome! The view is amazing especially for the price. I love the staff who have been amazing with getting repairs done in a timely manner. My apartment had leaking issues. It was fully repaired with minor issues but the fact that they took out the walls which gives me a sense of relief in knowing that I don’t have to deal with mold. I lived in an apartment in which I had a ceiling leak and it was not repaired properly that lead to me dealing with mold. Management at that apartment did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Well, that’s not the car with Republic Towers. I haven’t had any issues with the elevators since I’ve been here. What I like the most is that there are less apartments on each floor. Needless to say, I’m going to live here FOREVER! Great location, great parking, great staff, etc! There is no perfect apartment but Republic Towers is perfect for me!

The inside of the apartments are nice and most come with a view of the city. The maintenance staff is also friendly. The issue is the elevators are always down. It can take up to 25 minutes for an elevator which is unacceptable with a building that houses over 200 people. Would not recommend living here.

I would love to be able to post a positive review. Love the location and it's one of the few buildings downtown with decent visitor parking. However, elevator situation has made this building unbearable at times. LITERAL wait for the elevator is consistently 30 minutes as of late. While the management at the building is apologetic and equally frustrated, that doesn't make the situation any more bearable. There is a capital investment that needs to be made that Gables corporate isn't willing to make. With so many other options downtown, there ARE better options.

I’ve lived at Gables Republic Tower for 2 years now. I still love ?? it like the first day I moved in. Everything I need is in walking distance.

Living at Gables is a good experience. Location, apartment size, and soundproof walls are my favorites. Admittedly, the upkeep of the building has gone down since covid. Could be due to staffing issues. Hopefully corporate can get the upkeep and maintenance back on track to make experience living here even better.

Unfortunately elevator's maintenance sometimes are a problem. For the most part, good service, very centric! I love that I can walk to work!

I've enjoyed living here for the last 9 years. The location is everything for me and in walking distance. Close to deep ellum and uptown. I wish it were cheaper though.

I’ve been a resident for a year and a half and don’t regret my decision in any way. The bldg is quite and secure. Any issues I may have had are handled by the Gables staff in a timely manner. Love the location; close to my favorite restaurants and shopping.

Loved being a resident here I sad to leave! Loved my apartment unt! Only bad thing is dog accessibility is tough having to walk them all the way across the park!

elevators are always breaking. parking garage is always dirty and people are breaking in, smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the garage. maintenance is slow and unresponsive.

I really like the various amenities the complex provides. It is very convenient to have everything near so I don't have to go anywhere when I need something.

Moved in 1 yr ago and still love living here. Quiet, met some great residents, office staff is great. Not one issue in a year. My views are fantastic from my windows. Easy for friends and family to visit.

I have been living at Gables Republic Tower for 5 months now and am so glad to call it home. The building is well maintained, the staff is courteous and professional and the view from my apartment is the Best! I am planning on calling this my home for a long time.

The location of the property are fantastic. The property manager and her staff are excellent and professional. I recommend this apartment home.

truly a fantastic place to live. the biggest indication of this is the sheer amount of people i’ve heard of or have talked to directly that used to live here, didn’t renew their lease just to see what else is out there; and ended up returning a year or so later.

It’s a good place to live, the management is very good. The only thing that bothers me a little is the unnecessary extra fees for the trash also the cleaning team could do a better job.

Excellent and courteous customer service by staff and cool amenities conveniently located onsite. Excellent location and convenience for an enjoyable living experience.

It was really good experience moving in first day, actually one person from the 20th floor helped me moving my bags. So that was a really good experience.

Great location with easy access to everything downtown and Victory Park. Awesome staff keep the building neat and handle any maintenance issues as they arise.

Overall my experience has been good. Lots to do and walking distance to a lot of things from dining, museums, and entertainment. AT&T center has been a great addition to downtown.

Great place to live! Very clean and staff is friendly. Pretty good price for all amenities and location. When I walked in my apartment the first day it was spotless.

Great place to live. Great parking but a little troublesome for visitors. Pool is a little on the small side but to be expected as it's roof top and retrofitted to the old building.

Absolutely loving Gables Republic! The management is incredibly friendly and responsive. The apartment itself is fantastic, offering all the amenities and comfort I need. Couldn't have asked for a better place to call home!

This apartment complex is just okay and over the years has slowly been getting worse. There are not too many amenities, elevators are constantly broken, rent goes up quite a lot each year. Leaving after this lease.

Great place to live...Amazing floor plans with some of the best views I have seen in any building downtown. Staff is always available and helpful.

Overall, I'm happy living here. The building has been maintained well, and an obvious effort has been made to keep everything running smoothly.

Awesome experience!! I recently made the choice to move to a different city. That process could’ve been difficult, but Tiffany made it so easy, and that’s why I choose Gables Republic Tower. When it was finally my move in date , Thomas made it so easy. He showed me around the community, how to operate the key fob, and showed me where the designated parking spots are located in the garage. Thank you both for making this transition easy!

I have loved staying at Gables Republic. The location is very convenient and the apartment itself is amazing. I really like the fact that each apartment is soundproof and that we wouldn’t be disturbed by any noise

I have lived Downtown Dallas for a couple of years and love the vibrant lifestyle!! I have lived in the Gables Republic Tower for a few months and am so happy with my decision. The views, the common areas, and the staff have been stellar. I give this property 4 stars and that means alot since I am a high rise real estate broker with almost 40 years experience

Gables Republic Tower is in a good location in downtown. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of parks to spend the weekend.

I am absolutely in love with Gables Republic Tower. I can not tell you how nice it has been moving here! The views. The staff and the building are nothing short of amazing.

Since moving in over a year ago, Gables Republic Tower has been a great place to live. There are only two negatives I can really think of and they are out of the control of the actual leasing office: the elevators and the horrible parking garage manager. Because of those two things I cannot give this apartment a 5 star, but it comes pretty close

I just moved in yesterday. So far I’ve had a great experience, I toured the unit and facilities twice before making a final decision and the staff was patient with me the entire process.

Can't get enough of this view and this location, that's why I resigned my lease!!! Looking forward to the joy's of being a downtown resident during these spring and summer months at the Gables of Republic Tower.....

My fiancée and I love it here so far! Beautiful views and units. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. We are happy to call Gables Republic Tower our home.

My first month is now in the books. Enjoying my apartment and the building quite nicely. My floor is quiet and the building community is quiet and friendly.

Prompt management, peaceful apartments with no annoying neighbors or safety issues in my 2 month experience. The location is pretty sick too as it’s walking distance from most downtown hotspots and even deep Ellum

It has been really great. The security team is awesome! The view from the top of the building is probably among the best in the entire city.

I think the property is in a great location and the units are maintained. The views are wonderful Elevators are a problem with the frequency of them not working . Also it would be nice if there was a hot tub

community has improved by a lot. currently living comfortable. the management has gotten so much better. the management team has gotten better and more involved with the residents. I am currently happy living here now.

Love living here. I have met some very nice residents here. My views are gorgeous. The community atmosphere is great. The common areas are always clean. Looking forward to renewing my lease at the end of Summer.

I have been living here since 2020 and I have absolutely loved this building. Aside from the occasional elevator malfunction this place has been heaven to live in. The leasing staff (especially Vanessa) have been extremely helpful and supportive through my family’s transition from New York and maintenance is always quick to respond to orders.

Apartments do not get updated. Elevators always broken. Pricey for few amenities. Garage often broke into and cars stolen from. Will not be renewing again.

My Fiancée and I are relocating to Dallas, Texas. Vanessa/Carla helped us with our application process. I'm so pleased and impressed how smooth everything went. We applied and got our approval with a move-in date within 48hrs. WOW! Such a relief! One less thing we have to tackle, moving 774 miles away! I HIGHLY Recommend working with Vanessa/Carla and Tom very professional and get the job done! Anthony and the younger security guard I believe his name is Kevin? Make me feel safe during non business hours. STOP looking at other complexes this is a WINNER, Gables Republic Tower Dallas, Tx.

Great complex! The only thing is the elevators are consistently not operational, and the building needs minor touch-ups. But overall, great building to stay in.

Nice community. Nice amenities.Clean building, great location. Plenty of parking. Secure building. Close to restaurants and popular city attractions.
